Based on the reviews, M&M Transport / CVS Distribution is a facility with friendly and respectful staff, including a nice lady at the desk. The facility is very strict about appointment times. Drivers should not come early expecting a door before the appointment time; check-in is possible around 45 minutes before, but the staff will only call 15 minutes prior. The backup is easy, and the fork guys are quick. A floor load takes a minimum of 1.5 hours, otherwise half an hour. The unloading is fast. The restroom is available, but there is no overnight parking. A downside is that some docks, especially gate 3, can be tight. Drivers should be careful, get out and look, and not open the door when backing in halfway. Someone is available to help if a driver cannot get into the dock. Some drivers had to disconnect and drop a trailer.
