The store is huge, clean, and well-organized, with merchandise separated by categories. Many employees are noted as friendly, helpful, and providing exceptional, kind, and welcoming customer service, with some offering stewarding assistance. The clothes are nicely hung and neatly folded. Customers enjoy the wonderful shopping experience, praising the amazing men's jacket collection, great jewelry selections, and specific departments like lingerie. There is plenty of parking and a good customer service station. The store also has a discount area for great deals. However, some note the designer items have inflated prices, making them feel out of reach for the average wage earner.
I really like shopping at Macy's but this was an extreme mess making it difficult to shop. No real direction or flow to women's clothing section.

Employees were helpful. As everyone knows, they do a great job of separating merchandise by categories. You gotta checkout the Discount Area for some great deals. I love their jewelry selections as well. I must admit, this is the only store I ever use for lingerie and underwear 🤪
