WARNING!!! READ BEFORE YOU GO...I went in to get a mani pedi and as soon as I sat down in the chair they tried to upsell, of course everybody does. But when I said No I want classic mani-pedi omly today.. They said well then you don't get nail polish on your fingernails only clear I said excuse me no nail polish for a regular Mani! So I thought it must be be because it's reasonably pricedBut I should have asked! No prices anywhereAfter he finishes my nails didn't look like anything had been done besides clipped my nails and added lotion to my hands.I started to add some of the dollar store cuticle oil to my cuticles when he walked away because my cuticles were still so dried out, and he said no no no! And washed it off with a wash cloth! Omg that was so embarrassingThen as I was leaving a different person was checking me out and said what do you do for a living? I said why??? They said, next time you should spend more money on yourself you'll get better massage and better treatment.!!! No Joke That blew my mind!Shame on them!I wish I had flipped them the bird and left right then and there, but I have to pick my battles better! THIS PLACE HAS NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Unless you're paying for it ?And then I get home and it went from bad to worse I was so embarrassed because I told my husband what happened andHe rubs my feet and says they made your heels feel worse then they did when you left.I couldn't even put my silk pajama pants on without my heels sticking to the pajamasI do a better job smoothing my heels in the d*** shower!This $75 regular mani/pedi keeps going from bad to worseI'm so embarrassed for not saying something before I left.Regardless of how many people were around me

Absolutely wonderful experience! Me and my friend went here on 01/20/2024 to celebrate her birthday and was not disappointed! This was both of our first times to this nail salon and agree that we must come back! I got the nude nails and she got the purple nails! We called ahead and when we arrived they sat us down immediately! NO WAIT TIME!! They gave us candy and water and did our nails even better than what we had expected! This nail salon is truly a hidden gem!

I really enjoy getting my bi weekly Pedi and manicure. The owner David knows you by name and from the moment you walk in you feel special. I have been their client for two years and would not go any place else. The staff is very friendly and the place is warm and inviting. I love the atmosphere. ?

Diana always does the best job! We took a break from acrylic and tried something new/better for my nails at my last appointment and it didn’t work for me - so we tried dip with tips this time and i LOVE it! It looks so good, and my nails feel so much better!Services: Nail extensions
