D9 not ever take car their. My car was shot up in cross fire. They put wrong size door, wrong size hatch window. Did not replace with correct side back window hid the wires for defrost. Messed up while rear defrost system fried my electrical system and have the nerve to just things happen. Not reimburse me for repairs to electrical nor replace what they messed up. They expect me to drip off few weeks yeah right. They take advantage especially if you are a women.

I went for simple underbody work and they took my car for a joy ride didn’t fill it back up and left it empty also multiple parts was missing would not recommend

While they did a beautiful job on the bodywork, the mechanical work left a lot to be desired. Mark used an axle from the junkyard including the strut and brake calipers. I have spent an additional $1600 out of pocket replacing parts. I have yet to receive a detailed receipt for the work done. It has been a year.

Mark was very friendly and shared information that will be helpful in keeping my truck looking good. The shop is busy which is helpful to me, it means community's people are using him because he is good at doing repair work.

Mark's did a great job on fixing body damage for the vehicle. However, if you want your vehicle to be fixed the right way without cutting corners to get you out of their shop, go to a better repair shop. They did not fix the wheel bearing on the vehicle costing me more time, money, and headaches.

Terrible place to do business with. My car was in an accident and they wanted to know where i wanted it to go. I said mark's. Big mistake. He took forever to look at my car and came out it was totalled. Then the insurance needed to pick up the car and he kept it to get more storage fees. Which came right out of my settlement. I called to try to talk to him about it and he said "that's how i make my money" complete joke.
