I honestly don’t know where to begin and I’m going to try not to make this long. I have had the worst experience with customer service and my car. I have had issues on top of issues with my car and I barely had it for a month. After two days of me having the car the battery saver light came on took it back to the shop they give me a new battery. Two days after the back strouts got loud I took it back to the shop they refused to fix it unless I paid half. A couple days after that I get stuck on the expressway with my daughter in the pitch dark because my car shut off. Took it back to the shop next day and they said I was given a bad battery and I need a water pump. I spoke to the sales agent who sold me the car and he says because I HAD BAD CREDIT I was given the car. At the point I lost it because I felt so disrespected!!! I tell the GM Devin about what was said and he starts off by justifying his actions. I didn’t get any resolutions until me and my bestfriend had to go off. I was given a loaner and after a week of fixing my car they gave me a new battery and water pump but my strouts are still making noises and they are louder! They still haven’t fixed them and I have to spend money after putting $2000 down to get my car fixed!! I hope whoever is reading this have a better experience than I did.It’s 11-14-23 at 9:09 pm coming from my daughter choir performance and I’m back on the side of the road again!!!!!!!!!!Car was over heating and the battery light came back on!!!!

Napleton imports had not only the best price I found within 100 miles of Indy, but also the nicest sales staff. Came in to upgrade my Chevrolet blazer to a Mercedes, and after multiple weeks finally found a dealership that didn’t try to walk all over me. Nicest group of people I’ve dealt with from a sales experience and also a great deal. Can’t beat it!

Had a great experience at this dealership! Matt was a phenomenal salesman. Down to earth, no pressure and overall just a good guy to work with. Samantha in finance was amazing as well. She had me in and out in no time. Overall, I’d have been out in two hours or less if I hadn’t forgotten my checkbook. Quick, precise, courteous and knowledgeable. All these describe the professionalism and care I received at Napleton Maserati of Indianapolis. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and plan on returning in the future.

On 8/8/23 my wife and I test drove a used Maserati at Napleton Italian Imports. We liked the car, and after the test drive I told the salesperson we wanted to make an offer. After a lengthy wait, the sales manager, Tyler, presents us with a sales proposal. He did not ask us what our offer would be. Tyler's proposal was for just over $1000 MORE than the advertised price online, and it also included an additional $2495 for "Lux Care" which we said we would not buy. I told Tyler based on that proposal there was another vehicle we were considering and left the dealership.Two days later, on 8/10/23 I see the same Maserati is listed online for approximately $3500 less than Tyler's proposal. I immediately called the dealership and spoke to a different salesperson as Tyler was off. I offered $1000 MORE than the new advertised price as I wanted a couple of significant items addressed, but stated I would still not pay the $2495 for Lux Care. Three days later I have still not even received the courtesy of a response despite placing three follow-up calls to Tyler.I have bought a number of high-end sports cars from dealers over the years, and this is certainly not what I would expect from an authorized Maserati dealer.

Sold me a used Audi that was 5 years old that I drove for 3 weeks before a low oil pressure light came on. Mechanic told me that the engine was completely shot and would need to be replaced, essentially totaling the car.At the time of purchase, I was told that car had undergone an inspection and all maintenance (which included an oil change). So I chose to call Napleton, as I couldn't imagine this would be something they could miss in an inspection nor in a standard oil change. Napleton told me that there was nothing they could do since we bought it as is. This makes me suspect one of two things: 1. They aren't upfront with pre-existing issues in their used vehicles or 2. They have inept mechanics at their dealership. Either way, I would say to proceed with caution if you are considering purchasing a vehicle through them. It is also worth noting that they have deleted my previous negative review. So this makes me think that my first suspicion is the correct one.

Austin our Sales consultant was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He got us a good deal on a new vehicle. The whole team did a spectacular job. I greatly recommend and will definitely return. By the way this is our second vehicle from here.
