The employee that helped me was beyond kind! He loaded up the mattress for me which was a lot of help since I did have my two month old with me. I would definitely recommend this location (the traders point location) to everybody in need of a mattress!

My wife and I just bought a mattress from here and the salesperson, Bel, was amazing. We didn't feel rushed at all and all of our questions were answered before we made the final decision to buy. Great experience and we're really excited about the new bed.

My new exchanged mattress was promptly delivered on Tuesday 3/26/2024, the delivery team was great! 10stars…On Monday 3/25/2024 I returned to mattress firm store to request an exchange for a firmer mattress and salesperson Bel provided excellent service and information regarding the exchange. Again, five stars great service!On Thursday 2/22/2025, I phoned the Traders Point store location and was immediately connected to Salesperson/Manager Emerson Allen.Mr. Allen was absolutely awesome in making sure my order was complete and confirming a delivery date. His kindness and great customer service will always be remembered.Thanks much and many blessings.
