Stopped yo pick up some products at the c. Service desk. The gal running the desk was rude, sharp, and snappy telling me it's not personal. Then why are you speaking to me in such a tone? Don't try to disguise your rudeness under your job.
I grabbed a bag of groceries, and she snapped..."dont touch that." You are not to be grabbing the sacks yourself

They have groceries yet no longer open 24/7 and often all cash registers are closed forcing me to use small self checkout with full cart of groceries which glitches making me wait on a employee to come fix their computer

I love Myers and I’ve been shopping there for 25 years, but the same issue still is in place as it always has been. The store just cannot seem to keep everything stocked. They are often out of what I want or I end up getting the last item on the shelf. Very few organic options in the baking aisle!

November 20 - I called the store while in line to ask if another register or two could be opened. Four registers were open with customers spilling into the clothing department. I was on hold for 10 minutes. A service representative informed me no one was available. Please have more staff on hand during the week of Thanksgiving.
I called the store a week ago requesting to have more registers opened, and it wasn’t a problem then.

Meijer has the biggest personal watermelons, when watermelons go out of season. 95% of the time, I buy them from Meijer.

All self-serve registers are cashback; UNLESS you do the most convenient, modern, common sense thing and TAP.
Then it doesn't work, and they'll act like You're an idiot, and the person at customer service will be rude and argue with you.
