The service you received really depends on who is there when you arrive if it's a tall slim white guy with glasses named Gary you're going to get an excellent service cuz he's going to explain everything to you in my new detail so that you don't spend money on something you don't need however if that's that little black guy I just dealt with 5 minutes ago what you're going to get is someone who's more interested in playing on his own personal telephone

Went to price check against other companies, ended up leaving with 3 phones! The manager is very knowledgeable and has great customer service! Won't go to ANY other metro besides this one! Thanks Gary!

The manager has been trying to help me but the home home office keeps blowing him away so my problem is that I was charged an extra 40.49 I did not receive a confirmation from this. So I was refunded but it was the wrong pay and I went in to pay the $42 back and now home office wants me to pay double the cost. To get my Internet back on. My bill is not due until the 26th it's a shame how the home office treats its customers and is very rude to the managers of the store that is trying to resolve the problem. So evidently the home office doesn't want customers to pay and stay for a long time with them but they rather see customers leave and give a bad review.

I was told to call back a certain day to get new number and promotion that was going on for 2 days and keep getting there non active vm .Very professional you would think a phone store could set up there phone system .

If your new I wish you the best luck because you might not get very far. Find a job that actually wants to help you improve. I was so fed up I had to leave at the time.

I came into the store try to switch from Verizon I had unlocked iPhone and the male employee was rude like he didn’t know what to do so we had I misunderstanding so I left and male employee said get out my store I went to different metro store and got everything set up avoid this location at all coast on 38th and meridian
