They don't even follow their own policy on the receipt. I came back way before the 15 day period and tried to bring a clearly defective phone back to pay the difference for a new one and was given the run around for a whole month. I'm in between jobs and cant hold a comfortable conversation over the phone. I wish I could give 0 stars

the people are really slow they all have attitudes and then to top it off about more than half the time they have people there that don't even speak a different language so people can't even get helped.

Be very careful buying a phone from the Metropcs locations in Indianapolis. Bought a LG K40 that only worked for 2 weeks, had to go through their in store warranty to get a replacment. Once the replacement phone showed up 3 weeks later at their store, I went back to exchange the broken phone for the replacement. They claimed since a small part of the back of the original phone popped up that it's now damaged they won't accept it for warranty. Now I'm stuck with $150 brick. Buyer beware!!
