The ladies that worked there today were terrible. The young lady with red hair was rude from the time I got there and I was very nice at first. She denied me service and said I was not eligible for upgrade even though I've been with them for years and I had a customer service online to explain the promotion that I was trying to get. She then whispered something to the other young lady with black hair in Spanish and then the young lady with the black hair said she couldn't help me and I wasn't eligible for an upgrade when I clearly am. And then she told me I had to leave because they were closed even though I had been in the store since 7:38 p.m. and they don't close till 8:00 p.m. she took other people in front of me while I was calling customer service and then told me they were closed. I reminded her that I had been in the store and I had to call customer service due to what she told me about the promotion and she said it doesn't matter it's 8:00 and we can't help you. They both refuse to be service. They treated me poorly, they also treated the Africans that were in there poorly but everybody else they treated really nice which is discriminatory. I have called Better Business Bureau on this company this is the second time I have been in this particular Metro PCS and I watched the young lady with the red hair treat someone black very poorly for no reason and everybody else very nice. I will be finding out who the corporate is over this store and further pursuing this matter. I will also be making a Facebook post and telling everybody I know not to come to this location because the customer service for blacks is terrible. That's pretty bad considering where it is located.

I decided to switch from one major carrier to Metro by T-Mobile and chose this location due to the other positive reviews that I read online. I must say that the positive reviews were accurate and the customer service did not disappoint. The location is great, organized and clean. The customer service was thorough, kind, and helpful. In addition to purchasing my phone, I also purchased accessories at a great price. All my questions were answered and of my needs were met. Actually, I think Mr. Gammoh went over and beyond. Thank you for your assistance! Mr. Gammoh was excellent. If I never need assistance and or I am ready to add additional phones I will be returning to this location. If you are in the Cincinnati or neighboring area, I think it is worth the drive even if you are further away (like me). I was not sure about switching to Metro but I am so glad that I did. Not only am I saving money, I can visit this store and get ongoing support concerning my phone.
