None of the T-Mobile stores ever answer the phone. Some people can't go in every time they need something done. Horrible customer service when it comes to the phone.

Ghetto employees, always on face time. Manager never around and she has the worst attitude when they call to ask her because none of them know anything in there. Scammed me and my friend on the raggedy home Internet. Refuse to help because it cuts into their FaceTime calls

Went to this location because I visited another location last week and they were very rude refused to help me and just leave her customer service ever. Walked in this location and Monica and then you were very polite and was able to get me what I needed and they were also very patient t and the store was very clean. They displayed patience and courtesy with everyone that came in which was refreshing since good customer service is hard to come by. they also were very informative about the phones and their capabilities. I will definitely give all my business to this particular location.

Le’asia is one of the most helpful staff members I ran into, she took her time to help me get a phone and not only that, she gave me options and didn’t give up on my situation, she a very patient person every job need a employee like her, she also has a great!!!! Attitude as well 7023 Pendleton pike is where I received this wonderful experience

Horrible service. Idk what happened to this store but forcing a \\\"promotion\\\" onto my elderly mother of a \\\"free tablet and a free line\\\" along with a $319 phone is ridiculous. It even angered me when this dude slid a phone accessory in there when I wasn't looking and pretty much tried to fast talk me into paying $460 something. Absolutely atrocious. That's why I took my business elsewhere to North Post Road. I got everything she needs for under $300
