Trash. Went in to get a price for 2 phones, she gave 200+. When I asked why she said it including a phone I never asked for. I told her I have my own phones so they said 165 which includes reactivation fee. She wanted to charge me for a free phone and reactivation fee even though I know of u haven't been with metro for 6 months you're considered a new customer. Shady thieves

Worst customer service. I paid 300+ dollars for a galaxy5 phone. The rep tried to sale me an insurance plan which ultimately would have been more than the 6mo upgrade price. There was a lot of double talk from an older rep as to why I should buy the insurance. That was until I told her numbers don't lie. So I purchased the phone. Went to my car and attempted to sync the new phone. It did not. I forgot my password and had to have my second line to retrieve it. I did and synced it to my Google account. Surprisingly it wouldn't allow internet access. I purchased the phone on a Friday synced it on Tues. No change. Went back to the store I purchased it she reset it. Everything fine. Left the store the phone started doing the same thing. No internet access. Went back to store and was told it could be warranted for twenty dollars or they could refund my money at a lesser amount than what I paid. The 20dollars goes to the store as it is not a corporate store rather an independent privately owned company. Bottom line I was sold a bs phone that doesn't do what it is supposed to do and they wanted me to pay more money for one that does what this one is supposed to. I went into history and found out the phone had been used months prior to my purchase. This led me to believe the phone had been sold before and they were aware of it.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TWO HISPANIC LADIES they are always there when i go, so idk what that cheyenne guy was talking about lol but perfect im happy with my phone and the service was very stupendous 5 stars these ladies know what they are doing

Two days in a row, I have showed up, ready to get a plan and new phone and I have seen the workers walk out, GLANCE AT ME and put a sign on the door saying "I Will Be Back in 20" each time, it has been over an hour before I gave up and left. 2 Hispanic Females.

They advertise that they are open at noon, after 10 minutes of waiting after noon at their door with the doors locked and lights off, I had to leave. Super unprofessional. Not cool. Another dude who was waiting as well had to get to work but was hoping to fix his phone beforehand.
