Service was nice however the lady upcharged me on the premium service. She stated that I had to have to extra service and couldn’t take it off until my 90 days was over. I have had metro before and I didn’t feel right about what she told me and when I looked at my account it showed the upcharge in the payment settings. Didn’t tell me what the premium service was just let me know I’m being charged for it. I feel cheated and over charged out of my money since I got this phone 2 weeks ago. If you want to go to metro DO NOT go to this store location. They will over charger and lie to you about it. And metro STILL charged me for their associate fraudulent activity.

First let me say this I've been a humbling experience at your store on Emerson avenue in Indianapolis. I was having problems out of another store with my phone and I was riding by and saw another MetroPCS on Emerson avenue. I stopped in and Diana and her team (on 8/29/2024) helped me out while displaying great customer service. They listen to my problem, help me navigate to correct the situation and next thing you know my phone was working at 100%
This is the #1 MetroPCS store in Indianapolis!! I will now do all my phone business at this location at 4920 Emerson avenue, Indianapolis. Thanks Diana! You rock!

Had an uncomfortable experience when I came by to have a screen protector replaced. Employee-in-charge made a disparaging comment to a (seemingly) new employee as I came in, something about it getting "too busy". Eyerolls from both. Second employee just looked at me and made no effort to help me or ask me anything. I'm not planning to visit a business that openly allows employees to complain about servicing clients.

I don't know a whole lot about phones or technology and everyone who works there are always extremely helpful and I never feel embarrassed about having to go to them for any little question or problem I'm having. They also went out of their way to help me with filling out an application to help me get a discount on my service because I'm in the low income bracket. They took care of everything to help me out and I really appreciate them for that. I won't go to any other store but theirs.

Damian is GREAT but as for the girl idk her name and Antonio or whatever, they both need BETTER customer service skills. Don't act "ghetto" at your work place folks. It's NOT cute.
