Had an uncomfortable experience when I came by to have a screen protector replaced. Employee-in-charge made a disparaging comment to a (seemingly) new employee as I came in, something about it getting "too busy". Eyerolls from both. Second employee just looked at me and made no effort to help me or ask me anything. I'm not planning to visit a business that openly allows employees to complain about servicing clients.

I don't know a whole lot about phones or technology and everyone who works there are always extremely helpful and I never feel embarrassed about having to go to them for any little question or problem I'm having. They also went out of their way to help me with filling out an application to help me get a discount on my service because I'm in the low income bracket. They took care of everything to help me out and I really appreciate them for that. I won't go to any other store but theirs.

Damian is GREAT but as for the girl idk her name and Antonio or whatever, they both need BETTER customer service skills. Don't act "ghetto" at your work place folks. It's NOT cute.

I will not return to the Metro PCS store on Emerson Ave. I spent over $200 on a new phone, case and tempered glass screen protector. When the guy in the shop put the screen protector on he didn't clean the screen. I did not realize until I got home that there were several bits of fuzz under the screen protector. I brought it in for them to fix and nope. Even though it was their mistake, there is no "warranty" on the glass protector so they can't replace it. They messed up my phone screen and I am just stuck with it. As I walked out of the store, obviously annoyed that I wasted my money with them, I get the little jerks behind counter shouting "Have a great day!" sarcastically at me while I left. Still love my Metro service... That store can go out of business.
