Guy behind the counter is in a hurry !! He's rude an don't need to be dealing with customers at all. I think he said his name was Hyseed ? I won't be back here . We been metro customers for many years now to be talk down to by him !

Yaser at this store is AMAZING!! I Spent almost 2 weeks of constant calls to customer service and visiting different stores with no luck fixing the issues I was having. I was about to give up and Yaser listened, and went above and beyond what everyone else I dealt with did!!! I recommend this store with Yaser , any issues or needs he will take care of you!!! Thanks Yaser!!!

They add an extra line to my account without even telling me upon calling customer service I found out that I had over $46 and charges added to my account that I didn't even know about or give them permission to do and when the first arrive there they were arguing with another woman who came over the counter on him so horrible customer service

Very rude customer service skills by staff.. cannot talk English..used to be the go to place but am switching to an american based company with American employees that can speak English and not be so rude
