I went there yesterday and Sam was behind the counter he was vary helpful and I bought a Samsung galaxy and when I got home it didn't wanna work but when I went back today he was there also and he was vary helpful again and he explained alot to me THANK YOU SAM I APPRECIATE IT (I have Autism so I was vary mad last night)

Went to four different Metro by T-Mobile locations and received little to no help/customer service but Ram at this store was very polite, helpful & knowledgeable about the service Metro provides. I hardly ever post reviews but I thought he deserved some recognition for a job well done & for having a great attitude.

This location has been absolutely great to deal with, always answer questions, assists with trouble and been affordable!! Over the past couple years Summit has provided excellent customer service!!!! I definitely highly recommend this location.

Horrible experience the representative at the store was very rudeAlso there T- mobile internet is horrible so don't even get it returned it in less than 30 days
