I am here to get services it is 10:28 a.m. the online people told me that they were for sure open they called. I pull up it's a man inside but he's saying the store is not open. I need a corporate number because this store often is bad for business

The very young and unoriented manager that was operating this location on Dec. 10 2023 was rude, did not speak or comprehend English fluently, had music blaring the entirety of my visit, and ultimately emoted clearly to me that he was not responsible enough, mature enough, or familiar with the job enough to be able to provide a good customer experience. He definitely was not happy when I refused the 135 "out the door" gimmick he was so hard trying to push me into... Even less happy when I walked out to my car, called customer service and was able to purchase the identical phone through the tech for 30.00 dollars flat. As a bonus because the sale didn't occur in this state you don't have to pay sales taxes!

Kim was amazing. What a wonderful lady she was so helpful and I watched her how she just made everyone that came in No Matter What attitude they have, they felt comfortable in her presence and she could just calm them down just by being so sweet. Thank you Kim

I absolutely hate the MetroPCS on Arlington because they would not let me pay me and my fiance's Bill even though he was not with me I was able to pay it at the last MetroPCS and all I did was pay my phone bill first and then he is but the lady had a smart mouth and she wouldn't let me pay our MetroPCS phone bills so from now on I will not ever go to that MetroPCS again in my lifetime if she's there I'd rather go to Cincinnati Ohio and pay my bill from now on that's why me and my fiance's phone is off now I'm very dissatisfied with the one on Arlington I wish I could get the corporate's number and complain about that

Staff lady runs out side to much to her car I'm starting to think the employee is stealing everytime I visit a near shop she's always got bags in her hands to her car check camera heavy set black chic

It would be 5 stars but there is always a lot of people just "hangin out" in front of the store. Probably due to the liquor store next door. ?

If I could give less then one star I would. Simple tech questions are far beyond any of the counter helps ability. I wasn't sure if I was at a phone store or trap house!!

Had a good experience here, Stephanie was very friendly and helpful in helping me get my hotspot. Can't complain and would recommend this store!
