I hate their internet it’s not worth a dime of my money I thought spectrum sucked but T-Mobile home internet is actually worse besides the constant outages too many to count out but now this same router does the same with the worse upload and download speeds

Phones are trash so is the insurance and mgr is a moron who should be fired going from 5g to 4g is not an up grade took phone back after metro told me too she refused to refund it will be contacting a lawyer and better Business bureau about this company receipt says 14 days it's only been 2 days so they wouldn't do a refund because it's considered an upgrade 5g to 4g is not an upgrade I do not recommend anyone to this company

They have changed so much ,they used to take care of regular customers gave us better deals. Gave us upgrades every 6 months free..NOW THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT NEW CUSTOMERS, NOT RIGHT I WILL BE SHOPPING FOR A BETTER COMPANY.

Been with These guys for about 3 or 4 years.The employees are very rude. Refuse to give me another charger cord. Don't recommend these guys.

Poor service, told to go buy unlock. Miss the mark? Don't have a phone on site that tells you to go to a store for that store just to tell you your sol. And by telling customers to just buy unlock, you'll lose customers because there are cheap cell service with same coverage than MetroPCS.

my phone just started shutting off so now its timevto upgrade but the staff guy showed my how to reboot n him plus the others are always nice friendly n always great listners not just hurrying u up n conning u to buy their products
