Good store with good selection, organized, etc. However bathrooms need major attention. They are gross and dirty. The child’s changing station is also broken, along with the soap dispenser.

Horrible customer service. Store is sloppy. Associates unfriendly and not helpful. Stand around talking, not helping customers and iof course, self check out: lazy!!!

Brought my two nieces to do the Sunday kids craft & the two LAZY, prejudice co workers looked at us like we had mud on our faces as they & a few of their waaaay over (child) 12 years of age friends were crafting on one of the two tables available. Not only did they not greet us as we walked over to the crafting area, they ignored us, while looking straight at my face when I asked if there was a craft for the kids. I asked again and they BOTH shook their heads no & in their craft attire, stated that the craft had ended at 4pm. It was 2:45pm. I then informed manager on duty, was given no compensation, did offer an apology and no hint of what would be done towards this situation. The manager asked if the kids wanted to still do a craft ... ummm NO! Sad sad sad Do not go to this Michaels!!!!!!!!!!
