Been a long time Micro Center customer, very happy to see it come to Indianapolis! Had the pleasure of dealing with Ron who helped me with some much needed PC maintenance. Very pleased with the price and service

Best buy on steroids' for electronic and computer enthusiasts. I could spend my yearly salary in here. Great location, friendly staff. Walked away with an item that I had contemplated buying for about a year, and wasn't disappointed. They had it priced half off.

Great selection for the geek at heart like me. Nice to see a store with gadgets and such. If you are a computer builder this is your place.

Computer store? Much more than that. Great staff, great inventory and great prices. Yes computers but much more. 3D printers, ink jets, televisions, hobby items, and well worth a visit.

The store itself is amazing!! It’s basically Frys Electronics but organized slightly better. The 2 stars is because of the employees (snake oil salesman or lazy) you get two options I’ve noticed in my five visits, someone trying to sell you something not remotely what you are looking for oooorrrrr people who you ask about a product that shoes 4 in stock online and the person says oh we don’t even carry that…luckily by the 3rd time I realized I just need to go and hunt the item down myself with zero assistance…since most my visits involve gaming it’s basically like a real life side quest with zero HUD and zero tutorial help haha

Previously I wrote "Never had what I wanted". I have to revise this up from the one star I had it then, because they finally had something I wanted. I managed to get a Raspberry Pi 5, fan and case, which I am amazed and delighted with. As usual it took the rather clueless staff a while to understand what I was talking about, but I did finally get something useful from the place.

Went in to pick up some 3d filament and they have a huge selection, but only of their inhouse brand which I believe is e-Sun. The prices are competitive though. Also was looking to replace our Blu-ray player that is giving out -- I still like physical media, what can I say. They were closing out a 4K player for a steal. Very excited. Also, the service there is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Wish they were closer to home.

I have extremely mixed feelings about Micro Center. On one hand, the selection is decent to great, depending on what you're looking for. There aren't many places you can walk in and buy every component for a new PC build, or see 3D printers actively printing on display, get new switches for your mechanical keyboard, or find resistors just hanging on the shelf. When the brand matters, you can find the brand you want. And when the brand doesn't matter, you can get something cheap or good enough for a hobbyist. So that's all well and good. But sometimes shopping here is a nightmare. I went in to buy a specific laptop with specific accessories. I got a bag, mouse, mousepad, and a stylus for the touch screen. My point is the attachment ratio should have been an easy slam dunk, but I had to spend over fifteen minutes saying no to the digital security subscription. How many times can I say no? At what point do you just want to drop it all and go buy it online where you the website accepts a no? My wife and kid want to leave, man. Let me pay and go.Another huge, unfortunate obstacle is accessibility. The aisles are barely wide enough for one cart to pass another, but then the ends of the aisles have baskets filled with product blocking half the entrance. If you have a cart, getting from one side of an aisle to the other could just be impossible if anyone else is in the same aisle. My son is also in a wheelchair, which is wider than a cart, and so passing is simply impossible and turning around in the store is very cramped. The disabled were not in mind when arranging this floor plan, and I have to choose to leave my family at home if I ever want to stop in.So are you a tech nerd who needs a new graphics card or some printer filament? Great. Do you have mobility needs? Your chair might not make the turn radius required to reach the cash registers. Maybe they'll fix it. Or maybe you'll come here less than you thought you would.

Just such a cool place. Not a fan of big box stores for the sake of big box stores, but this one makes sense and serves the right market at the right scale. The website helps me plan my visit and it’s been a good experience each time I went. Selection is good and so are prices. It fills the right gap between Facebook marketplace, and Amazon.

I built my PC and helped my sister build hers all from parts sold at this place. Thank god for Micro Center. Thank god for Louis. Louis saved our day. I cannot express enough my gratitude for the amazing man that is: Louis. I walk in this store and walk out broke though so be careful of that.
