Poor service. 40 minute wait with appointment. declined test do to insufficient paperwork that I was not informed to bring. immediately felt like I was getting pushed out the door when I first said I dont have any paperwork. offered for me to go to a different place 3 times before I just got frustrated and left. employee was rude and shouted something as I left. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. no stars was not an option.

Went get blood work done, waited for awhile, finally to get called back and no they won’t do it. I am told I have past due bill and if don’t have the money they won’t do it. Just 1 week ago I got invoice in mail I owed $45 which I was going to pay. I pay every time I go. They say now I owe $150. I have to have a lot of bloodwork done and pay every time. How can they just refuse you? And let you wait knowing they won’t do it.

I had a great first time visit. Young lady at desk was very polite. She helped me with the computer sign in n was very sweet. The lab tec was great she was informative on what to expect n walked me out n said it was nice to meet me! You don’t get that hardly anywhere. They were busy but they were quick!

Love coming to this location to get my blood drawn. The ladies are always so welcoming, polite, and very gentle with phlebotomy procedures.

Excellent phlebotomists, but don't try to ask them what proteins their food allergy tests are based on, you'll get nowhere.

Now that I'm 60, there are certain things that I need to do to ensure I'm able to enjoy all the things that make life good (like Yelping!). So, my doctor suggested getting some blood work to make sure everything is working like it should. I stopped in here on a Monday morning (convenient parking out front) and after going through the double entry, checked in at the front window. After signing in and showing them my insurance card, I grabbed a seat. There was only one person ahead of me and within about 10 minutes, I was taken back to one of the processing rooms. The staff was friendly and expert at doing the blood draw which isn't a big deal for me, but I can see having someone who is calm and friendly might be helpful for the folks who are squeamish about blood or needles. I got my arm wrapped with a cotton ball and a gauze and was out the door about about 2 minutes after being taken back there! Amazing! My only caution is that this lab is across the street from another lab which can be confusing, especially if your insurance only works at one of them. This is the one on the west side of the street! Worst experience. Davinia has no customer service skills. She arrived late, dead pan faced, said sign in and have a seat. Wouldn't look at our orders. We waited 45 minutes to find out this location won't do healthy check for Vitality. Only the other locations. They should post a sign. Also, Vitality website shows this address.

Went here just recently for a biometric screening. Wait time was short (probably helped that I went during the morning on a weekday) and I was in and out of the office in about 15 minutes. Parking was good (again helped by the time I visited) and was able to park right at the front.

I've had to go here the last 2 years for wellness checks, and have never had a problem getting in and out quickly.
