Have been here several times, staff is nice, wait was reasonable when busy, asked to have draw from back of hand had no problem.

Made an appointment online, was not found upon arrival. Waited over 30 minutes in the middle of a pandemic in the lobby. Two stars given because the staff was nice. Quest FAIL.
