“I cannot leave the parking lot before leaving a review for Dr. Rizvi. It was by far the best experience I have ever had having labs done. They do not take insurance, but no worries. Super clean and professional. The cost is the most affordable than anything around. He is not looking to make millions off patients but help them. He is very knowledgeable and I feel, knows more of what labs you need than the doctor does. I am also nearly impossible to get a draw from. My veins are always blown and I have even had an ultrasound machine used to try and get a blood draw, which was a fail. Dr. RIzvi got a vein in the first try, nearly painless and effortlessly. I will always go back to Lab on Demand and also have my family go here if they ever need labs in the future. I left encouraged and thankful to have found Lab on Demand.”

“I moved to the area less than two years ago and Dr. Ornowski has been my doctor pretty much since I got here. I have no complaints. My sleep study was flawless. My sleep tech was very helpful and friendly. And anytime I’ve had an issue the staff has been able to help me. I think some of these reviews were written by people who must’ve had a bad night sleep or something because their experience doesn’t track at all with mine.”

Today she conducted my health screen for life insurance purposes conveniently in my home. I was a little nervous about the whole process but her warm demeanor quickly put me at ease. “This location is surprisingly easy to get to even for me coming from Martinsville. I think it's easier than going to IU West, probably because of less traffic and not as many lights. Definitely way fewer semi trucks having not to cut through Plainfield's streets. The free parking lot is always sparsely populated here. I love the automatic revolving door and inside door at the main entrance. Completely hands free. There is no check in station here but plenty of signage posted with the current rules for safety. The doctor and PA I see are on the first floor. They are some of the best I see, if not the best, and I see 10 different specialists in the IU Health system. If you would like to know who, just ask, and I will share. Bottom line is I don't mind driving here as long as I-465 is clear of accidents because this office is located real near a main exit, 38th street, off 465. But it is also located right off I-65 as well making it pretty convenient for most people.”

“Setting an appointment here was confusing, and the reviews were not favorable, so I was skeptical, but needed my labs drawn. I decided to just go to the site, and talk with someone. I went in, and the check-in window was covered with blinds, but there was a check in stand. Instructions on the TV inside the lobby said to set an appointment on the website (quest diagnostics) so I set an appointment while I was in the waiting room on my phone, then checked in using my phone number for ID. 5 mins later a very nice young lady called my name, and took me back to have my labs drawn. She made a copy of my insurance, and my ID, and was very thorough in checking the lab request. Once she drew my labs, she had me check each tube to be sure it was labeled with my name. Everyone there was very polite and professional. I learned while I was there that Quest Diagnostics is taking over for Mid-America, so that explained all of the confusion. I'm sure in a month or so, they will have better processes in place. Also, they close at 4:30, not 5pm. This is apparently a new development. Very nice, very professional, very clean. I would definitely recommend. Just keep in mind they are transitioning, and be patient with the staff. You must set an appointment online- the phone number listed here is for the old Mid-America offices, you will NOT get an answer.”

“Super nice people. I arrived, checked in and done in 10 minutes with pre employment drug screen. Not sure why people complain, it's a testing facility, if they are busy your going to have to wait, if your taking a urine test, drink water before you go or guess what your gonna have to wait. Everyone there was very nice and I was prepaired so I got in and out quickly.”

“I read the reviews on this site and almost went to another Lab but decided to go to this one. So glad I did. This facility was great along with the staff. Got there about 9:00 am and was in and out in about 20 minutes. I haven't been to Community East for blood work in about 10 years, they are in a different area of the hospital, near the main entrance. So happy I did not listen to the reviews. Very happy patient.”
