My provider was extremely helpful. She took the time to walk me through the check in. She was extremely helpful talking me through the process of the exam. Very professional and personal. I would like to see her for every appointment.

The pharmacy is so terrible and some of the techs need to reevaluate their job. There is no reason to argue with someone when they're just asking for a prescription to be refilled. I get it, it's tough working in a customer based job, I worked as a tech for years but the attitude the main pharmacy tech has here is out of control. I will never fill a script here again.

I was quoted a 30 minute wait for my prescription. I waited an hour and 20 minutes. For 10 pills. Every single time you are here it takes forever, the scripts aren't ready even though you get text messages saying they are, etc. it wasn't even busy. They are a disorganized mess. They need to do better.

FRUAD! Unprofessional operations on Covid testing, cheating in giving test to customers by disposing my swab and no test results gave back after 48 hrs. Normally the Covid testing asks to put the swab back to the tube instead of the plastic bag that used to contain the swab , but they only provide the open package for me to put in. Also, Giving wrong directions; asks me to walk in store when I have been on drive thru line waiting for their response for a long time, then asks me to go out to drive thru when I followed to wait in store. No hearing back from the results. It makes all the sense once recalled the detail that they didn’t provide me the tube for placing the used swab but they asked me to put it back in the bag that used to contain the swab. What a obvious joke to my 3hr duration for that test! Plus, bad attitude towards minority, fairly speaking it is bad, no excuse because I saw the difference between how I was treated and other’s experience. I would definitely report if I ever have time.

The pharmacy is slower than the culver's nearby. I sat on hold for an hour and a half. Checking in online said the prescription was being processed but going by in person they had it in stock. These things are important. Walgreens ought to have it figured out by now.

Ava, the young lady who works in the pharmacy, was great! She was very helpful and friendly. I gave only four stars because the bathroom needs to be cleaned and the toilet is falling off the wall.

I was there on 9/19/2022 at 1pm. Patricia Irvin was very professional, friendly and most of all attentive to my needs. She listened to what I had to say about my symptoms and what was going on in my body. Also she took me in right at 1pm as well.Thank you and SincerelyJennie Emmons

Unfortunately we had to go there yesterday. But the experience was one of the best I ever had seeing a medical professional! We had an appointment and was seen right at that time..... NO WAIT! Brandy was awsome! Very helpful and respectful. Thanks for the great experience!

Just got accused of stealing! The old guy asked for my receipt and I showed it to him. He said "Oh, I just wanted to make sure". That was incredibly rude.

Worst pharmacy ever. They do not answer the phone, do not meet refill time period as requested and change the hours constantly. Horrible!

Terrible place, terrible management, terrible pharmacy. Closed for multiple days in a row without the ability to get medication. Got confirmation that prescription had been filled, but nowhere did it notify me that the pharmacy would be closed? Just a paper sign on the window.
