My appointment started on time and only took a couple of minutes. The nurse was friendly and made sure I was aware of options to get the cheaper version of the prescribed treatment. Waiting for the prescription to be filled took longer than the appointment itself. Overall impressive experience than can compete with telehealth depending on where you are and if you're going to need to go to a pharmacy anyway.

Although, scheduling my visit was easy and the NP was nice, their billing department is pathetic. I received a bill for services provided 15months prior. When I tried to call the number on the bill, it tried to redirect me to COVID information, no less than 3 times. I was placed on hold and disconnected more than once, and when I reached someone they were not very helpful. In all of this, my insurance had changed carriers, they tried billing both carriers. I am still in the process of cleaning this mess up, and will again have to deal with their billing company to be reimbursed for payment. If you are paying cash, great, if you have to deal with their billing department, good luck

I have had a lot of less than satisfying encounters with medical staff, these folks were amazing. Very attentive, kind, upbeat and knowledgable. I felt like the staff was engaged and cared about helping me feel better as soon as possible. That caring matters so much and I feel like so many other heath care providers have lost that. Other places don't listen or don't care. That is NOT the case here. This location was great! Shout out to Nurse Weaver. Thank you SO MUCH for listening and caring!

All I needed was a physical. I scheduled it in advance, signed in at the kiosk and went through all the forms with the nurse. The NP came out and asked why I was getting the physical and after I told her she told me they only give physicals to high school students. I know of at least three other people out of high school who have gotten their physicals done at the CVS minute clinic. I will not be returning!

In the midst of a global pandemic, they are very difficult to schedule with. Once I got a scheduled appointment, I could not call into the clinic and talk to someone since their phone messaging system is so long and broken. Then, I had to go inside which I was told not to do via email. Then; they cancelled my test because I was not in a vehicle- which is not stated anywhere as a policy. Not everyone has a vehicle or access to one. Thank you for helping to continue and promote the spread and lack of testing for COVID19.

Easy to get an appt for a covid test but I did not get the results back for 13 day. I was told many times that i needed to download the MyChart app because the results would be uploaded there and I would not receive any other correspondence. The results never went on the mychart app. In fact the app always said that I never took a test. On day 13 after my test, I received an email (which they said I wouldn't get) letting me know my results were in. I logged into the website (not the app like I was originally told to) to get my results. Again, took 13 days, and the results never posted to the mychart app

They should NOT be administering COVID testing at any of the branches. They do not have the infrastructure to provide accurate results and they take up valuable resources in the lab. They are more than likely making money at patient's expense. It may be free but they are getting money from insurance or govt money so you pay indirectly. What's more, self tests are the most unreliable and endangering patients when they place their specimen in the box. It is a concern since the box contains biohazards. As such, it should not be accessible to the public. The tests sit in a hot box when they should be room temp. CVS Minute clinics don't seem to be monitored by local and state govt, otherwise this wouldn't be allowed. I'm shocked this practice continues because it should be shut down.

I did a walk in today at this clinic. I came in said 18 min wait so I signed in sat down and waited about 15 min then the queue changed to a hour and 5 min. I understand if the worker needs to take lunch however I find it extremely rude and a inconvenience to have it set up this way. When I asked about why the time changed so drastically the woman working the register matter of factly told me I don’t know..then said o I guess she’s going on lunch. They sign in board said she wasn’t going to lunch for an hour just extremely annoying. I will not be returning or recommending.

My visit to the minute clinic was great. The NP, Paul Cataldo, did a more thorough exam than my doctor! He was very knowledgeable & professional, answered all my questions, & even took the time to show me OTC items that could ease my symptoms. He & his trainee truly listened. I will definitely recommend this minute clinic to family & friends. 5*****

Worst experience I've ever had at an Urgent care!! Patient Beware

Went in to this minute clinic because it felt like I had strep throat. I had a fever of 102, chills, body aches, and pretty much every other symptom associated with strep. Nurse practitioner told me it was most likely a viral infection, and said to take lots of Advil and cough drops. I pleaded with him to give me something stronger, like antibiotics, but he refused. He also told me that the strep tests are 98% accurate, which is not truthful at all. The Advil and cough drops did absolutely nothing to alleviate the pain, or make me feel better I ended up having to go to the ER two days later and the doctor told me it was "one of the worst cases of strep [he's] ever seen". I will never ever return to this minute clinic, or to the inept individuals that work there. I would highly highly highly recommend going to an urgent care instead of this minute clinic because clearly, they have no idea what they're doing.

Waste of time. Waited there for more than 1 hr and even though i entered that my baby was 18mo, when I walked in she didnt ask any questions she said that by looking at him she could tell that he needed to go to the e.r. I know she was probably scarred that he is 18 mo but my baby wasnt that sick to take him to an e.r and make him more sick by being around other people who really needed to be there
