My experience was amazing and Chris did the best job. 100% recommend. I almost didn't mention his name because I didn't want the diamond in the rough to be overbooked to where I can't book with him in the future. However, he deserves prosperity to welcome him in the new year.My mom said her experience with Stacy was exceptional and she was just as good as going to the podiatrist.I don't remember the pregnant woman's name, but she was so kind and my mom's nails looked so good for just dip powder. Great experience for my mom's special treat and I just want to thank you for that and the gift box of lotion was just the icing on the cake.5 stars all around.

I’ve been going to Jason for nails (acrylic, dip with tips and then just dip) for the past 5 years and he never a disappoints. They are always on top of whatever nail trend is popular, he has never told me a nail design was too hard for him and to pick out something else. I now live 1 hour away from missys and still find myself every 2-4 weeks going back to Jason. He’s just that good! Even my mom likes him!

I came in a couple weeks ago and got a beautiful pedicure. I can't remember the man's name who worked with me, but he did a great job! At the end, they gave me a complimentary bottle of lotion for the holidays. Good vibes.

I love Missy nails. It’s one of the best nail salons I have been to. Each technician pays so much attention to detail and provides a great service. I’ve gotten gel pedicures and dip manicures, and they always turn out great. The paint lasts on me for about 3-4 weeks. I also love that they have a technician who can do some beautiful nail design work.Service: Nail painting

Jason is wonderful. I haven't had my nails done by anyone else here. But everyone seems nice & busy. I haven't had anyone do my natural nails the way I want in years. Jason does a great job, and was ready for me at the time of my appointment. I will not go anywhere else.

My mother and I have been clients for over 20 years and have not had issues until recent management change. I understand economy changes, business change, but the personal feel went out the door, along with the true consideration of customers. I understand the cost of services, and I am a firm believer that if you can’t afford services then don’t get them. If you can’t afford to tip, someone performing a service on you, then you should also not get the service so we have been great customers and great tippers for those 20 years. I don’t agree with rapid changing of policies and being penalized as a way to overcharge a customer example: I always get a pedicure and a dip which is $100. No issue there. I needed to give my nails a break because they were becoming very weak and so I decided to get a pedicure and gel polish instead. A service that is less expensive quite naturally, because it lasts only about half as long but because I got a different service that cost less money I was charged an additional eight dollars as well as charging to remove the dip which is generally free because they have to remove it in order to apply new dip. I excepted the charge for the dip removal even though it was not a new service because it’s some thing I get every time I just had to pay this time because I was getting gel instead of dip. What I did not agree with is paying an additional eight dollars on top of that because I got a different service than I usually get. So you basically are price gouging me to charge me the same amount for lesser service that’s going to last half of the time That my normal service does. When I made this point to them, they were insistent about not removing the eight dollar fee charging me twice for less of a service. I don’t believe I deserve any special treatment being a customer for over 20 years but whatever happened to a little common courtesy? I know that there is a language barrier , no one speaks my language well there but I know that we’re all American enough to understand wrong is wrong and trust me all the money that we spend in that salon it’s not about eight dollars but it is definitely about principle and I am sad that my business meant so little to them.They’re not an inexpensive salon and I’ve chosen to go there for years, chosen to let a stylist do my nails that truly wasn’t very skilled. But because she had been there the same amount of time that I had been going there, I allowed her mistakes in all to continue to provide my services. It’s called loyalty and she was getting better every time, but there’s NEVER been a time I walked out of there, where I was truly satisfied. I figure change in management was hard for her too so I was patient. That’s how you treat people.We sure miss Rose (former owner). And I know that everybody deserves to retire. I wish they would’ve left the business in better hands. But unfortunately, after 20 years, we have to find someplace else because principle means something to me and to my mother.Services: Pedicure
