GUYS! Last year I used spiffy for a detail and an oil change. This year they have changed names to Tom Wood Express. I was leery that the change would = less happy with the finished product. I could not have been more wrong!!!! Tyler showed up on time, worked diligently, and blew me away with the results! He got all the grease and grime, dust, dirt, and dog hair and my car looks brand new! I have had two other professional details at places where I had to go, wait in line, and get a ride home and back. These guys are BETTER and MORE convenient! Have it done at your work! I got $40 because I scheduled before July 31! I left notes on the order and he knew it all when he got here. He spent time to make sure each mark was removed and even got in his van to get a different product when the first wasn't doing it. It was 90 degrees today and he worked like it was a cool spring day. He never complained and kept at it! These guys will be my forever! Never leave, Tom Wood Express! You have made a believer! and KEPT her!

Victor and his team were extremely gracious in assisting with tire concerns on my vehicle. They were able to help take my extremely stressful situation and help make me calm and fixed my concern seamlessly. I'd highly recommend going to Victor and his team!

Did the deluxe wash. Washed maybe 60% of the car. Completely spotty. Barely cleaned it. Worthless car wash.

My Awesome, Great Experience With Victor at Tom Wood Express-Airport location!
Victor did a great job! He was great to work with, very professional, knowledgeable & polite! He did not find “any additional issues” like I’ve had several service facilities do in the past. I highly recommend this location & will most definitely use this location in the future! Thanks Victor - for restoring my faith in auto repair facilities & technicians!?

Not impressed. Did the least expensive wash just to get the dust off. Did not get the edges of the windows, and left streaks from the cleaning strips. Very visible to my passengers. Won’t be back.
3-4 inches wide on windshield and back window.

Had a flat tire upon return to Indianapolis Airport, these guys were helpful and filled up tire when I was really in need. They were friendly about it despite it being an unusual situation. Would highly recommend this business.
