I have been to this store in the past, and was pleased with the service I received. What happened today was just the complete opposite. Toward the end of our process, the person stated that they didn't have enough cash to finish the transaction. Then I was asked if I had a debit card attached to my bank account. I gave her the card - and at the end of our session, she gave it back to me. She told me that she had transferred the money to my card. After leaving there, I checked to see if the money had been put on my account via my card. Nothing was there the several times I checked. I called the store and spoke with her about the issue. She said that she did not put money on the card, and she had given the cash to me. We discussed that several times, because I am afraid to walk around with cash. I knew I hadn't received cash, but she did argue every point I suggested. As such, I would encourage everyone to be very careful with the staff members there. I choose not to mention names. I have been there before, and was pleased with all of the others I have worked with. I wish this lady the best for her family. I don't mind being wrong about the situation, because I wouldn't have been there if I hadn't needed the money. The only reason I didn't suspect anything while I was there was because she pushed the card back to me after she had "finished" - then she said she had put the money on my card. She didn't bother to retract that statement until I called after being unable to find the money in my account. If she needs the money that bad, I feel sorry for her. I wasn't there because I had a lot of money in the bank and needed to give some away. Please be careful, so you don't go through the same thing I did. It adds more pain to how you felt before going there.
