Great gym to belong to. It's a fun community of people with common goals and interests all there to have fun while sweating it out. Coaches are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable no matter what your fitness level is. I won't go anywhere else!

Great coaches, make you feel very welcome, and most importantly, safe. They're great at scalin and will offer constructive pointers. The atmosphere is great, and I've gotten in better shape than I've ever managed on my own.
