Sylas helped me out big time today! First time using My Pit Crew mobile tire services! Sylas arrived at my apartment complex on time! and noticed that I had ordered the wrong tire size. He informed me that he could grab the correct size tires and get it knocked out same day! My car after the installation from Sylas, is running smooth as butter. Highly recommend My Pit Crew mobile! And I highly recommend Sylas!

My pit crew came after I realized I had no spare tire in my semi new car and had a flat tire They had priced new tires but came early to see if they could repair the tire I had. The man successfully fixed my tire and assured me it would stick. He was honest and friendly and I would definitely use them again though hoping to not be in a similar situation any time soon.

UPDATE 8/2025. I had 4 new tires put on by My Pit Crew 2 years ago and on Saturday my front drive side tire blew. I set an appt for them to come out this morning and was taken care of! Anderson was my tech and is great. I’ve had him in the past & is so friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue using these guys — the convenience of being at home is unbeatable!
PREVIOUS REVIEW: MyPit Crew is a fantastic service & so convenient. I love that they can come to me and take care of a flat, or replacement of tires. The “crew” is also incredibly kind & knowledgeable. I just really have no complaints at all.

Having a flat tire is never fun, especially when you’re not a “car person.” But My Pit Crew – Mobile Tire Service turned what could have been a stressful, confusing situation into a smooth and even reassuring experience. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and professional, clearly explaining the next steps and giving me an estimated arrival time that they actually stuck to (which, let’s be honest, doesn’t always happen with service calls).
When they arrived, the technician was not only efficient but incredibly friendly and patient. He could tell right away that I wasn’t super familiar with tire issues, but never once made me feel embarrassed or talked down to. Instead, he walked me through what had happened with the blown tire, why it likely occurred, and what my options were for replacement. Everything was explained in plain, easy-to-understand language, no jargon, no pressure, just helpful information.
What really stood out was their commitment to making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. They had the replacement tire on and everything wrapped up quickly, but still took the time to double-check everything and answer a few follow-up questions I had. That kind of service, fast, kind, and clear, is rare.
