My visit was great as usual. Tiffany my eye ware technician did an excellent job of taking me through the various eye exams. The manager asked for my driver which I’m pretty certain was already on file since I’ve been coming here for 20 years . But other than that it was a great visit.

The manager is horrible and rude to patients. Doesn’t know how to pull insurance at all. I watched her and left because I didn’t want to experience anymore of it. That lady is horrible.

I really liked my first time to MyEyeDR,they were very nice and helpful however they told me my glasses would be ready on a certain day,well that day came and went and no glasses,they weren't ready the following day either. Then the day they were ready the place was closed. Very frustrating

Anali is a great tech, and Dr Gelarden knows his stuff! Diagnosed my astigmatism correctly and my eye strain went down considerably!

I came in to get some contacts and was told I couldn’t be helped by the front desk rep, she didn’t even try to move from her chair to help me pick anything out or assist me. She kept giving me a weird fake side smile as if she was trying to be funny. Very disappointed.

My appointment was at 8:30, I arrived at 8:15 for paperwork and was out the door by 9am. I got glasses and contacts for a reasonable price. All the front desk staff greeted me when I walked in the door and the optometrist was extremely helpful and explained everything to me including the images of my eyes. This is a GREAT location with great people.

Terribly overpriced and horrible customer service. I questioned prices as I went along with the process, so I'd have an idea of what I was spending, and I was shocked when my cheap plastic frames and discount exam landed me with a balance of over $500. When I asked for a printout to find out why, I was met with aggression and open hostility. When I later called to get my Rx to go somewhere else, I was given nothing but excuses as to why they can't give it to me, telling me I had to see the doctor to have a second "follow-up" exam to ensure the first exam was correct. Shady business practices and I will not be going back.
