Recently purchased my first handgun online and had it shipped to Narrow Target. Aaron the owner explained in detail how the process worked and his part in it all. He explained how the release of the handgun paperwork was sent and returned and also how long it could possibly take. He also told me he wasn't in the building 24/7 but would make appointments and be there on time to handle all transactions. Everything he told me was spot on! I was impressed with his professionalism and commitment to doing it all by the book. When I picked up my handgun he walked me through all the details of my pistol and answered all questions. My experience was very pleasant and all my future online purchases will come through Narrow Target. Thanks Aaron!

For now all I can leave is two. Been trying to reach the guy all week since my firearm has arrived in Indy and is waiting on him for pickup. Never got a call back to schedule an appointment or spoke to an actual person. I’ll keep calling though just sucks it seems I have to wait on somebody to get something I already paid for and is in the same place as I am already. -Edit: Now five stars. Great guy and the reason being for the iffy calls is a large call volume, if you were to text him to arrange a meet up he’ll get back to you. Very professional.

My girlfriend tried to buy a gun off a website and have it delivered to narrow target for pick up. It was left at UPS for 3 days. So she calls and Aaron says he will go get it the next day. She calls him two days latter and no gun yet, he said he will go get it the next day, again, So she waits two more days and calls him. He said he had the gun but she has to come get it at 8:30pm Tuesday. She told him that was too late, so he said Saturday was the next available time and she could do some paperwork and leave with the gun that day. I thought something didn't sound right so I had her call him to ask some questions. And as soon as he heard me talking in the background he said he can't sell her the gun, sent it back, and charges her a $50 restock fee... Do not wast your time here, choose another vender.

I ordered a handgun and used Narrow Target as the FFL. I first emailed them late on a Sunday night and woke up to a response the following morning. This was the first firearm I purchased and Aaron assisted me through the process. I picked it up the day it was delivered and everything went smoothly.

Everybody who posted a review about tha customer service is correct in my case it had absolutely NOTHING to do with a background check the guy has no business hours and it's unavailable most days save yourself the trouble of dealing with this guy and go elsewhere and to respond to your response you didn't say anything about having anyone scheduled the previous day you waited until I got there to say you weren't there then said you had someone already scheduled furthermore when I contacted you the 1st time I asked you everything I needed you said a state ID and be over the age of 21 not that ID and paperwork address should match if you took as much time doing your job adequately as you do responding to reviews you'd be the best gun dealer in the Midwest...have a blessed one

I would 1 is too high of a rating never open and then they have a very bad attitude about getting your product. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not professional at all

The fact that this owner seems argumentative when he receives a negative review and even insulting to the customers in the response is alarming. I almost spent money there and in the event that anything unsatisfactory happening, and that happens in business...looks like being antagonized is included with this place ? though customers can be difficult, PROFESSIONALISM is paramount. Don’t spend where you are not respected..

I've used him twice as the receiving FFL for online firearms purchases. He sets a time to meet...keeps it...transacts business quickly...does the background check...charges a nominal fee...and all is good.
