When I fly out of Indy, I usually stop by Natalie's Candy Jar to grab an iced tea and some gummi bears or jelly beans for the flight. The service is always pleasant and professional, and the staff are willing to provide a helping hand if you have a question on a certain candy item. If you are a fan of old school candy and new age candy items, Natalie's Candy Jar is the place for you. Every brand of candy and unique candy items are here for your enjoyment and view. The bulk selection of Jelly beans and gummies is always a favorite among kids. I have a sweet tooth and am trying to cut back on sweets lately, but when I need a treat or something to tide me over on a flight, I do come to Natalie's Candy Jar for something sweet. This is a wonderful place for kids, as well as adults, for candy and grabbing a beverage on the go. I love the jelly beans and selection of gummi bears and gummi treats. I hope Natalie's Candy Jar sticks around for a long time because it is a great place for candy and beverages on the go.

This place is extremely over priced. Very disappointing they charge so much for a little bit random Albanese's candy.

This is the neatest airport candy store I have ever seen. ALL the candy was neatly stacked in columns in the bins and even the sour belts were rolled up and stacked. I had just mentioned that I was looking for my wife's favorite candy, Bit O'Honey, which is hard to find and Heather overheard, offered to go to the storage area and came back with a box. Nyla was also very personable. Outstanding customer service and presentation. Too bad there isn't a sixth star here.

I've literally never seen worse customer service. The little child pretending to be an adult behind the register is less than trash.

Purchased a 14ox of Fannie May, Premium Chocolates Since 1920 Pixies which tasted like they were made in the 20’s. Stale and white on the bottom! Your store should be prohibited from selling such a cherished chocolate if you’re not going to represent them well!

Just spent $29.50 for 1 1/2 pounds of stale, crunchy assorted sour chews. Don't go here!

Fast, friendly service. And close to the Southwest gates. Or any gate near the end of terminal B

Horrible horrible place to work for and even get candy from. The manager is very rude and she’s never in the store always doing other things that has nothing to do with her job I always see her on the phone, she leaves new employees in the store by themselves to “figure it out” I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone who has bought candy from them within the last 2-3 weeks have expired candy because they JUST took it off the shelves 2 weeks ago that’s been expired for months. They have fruit flies surround the candy. And they charge $1.50 an oz will get you for $30-$40 quick and will get an attitude and talk badly about you if you don’t purchase it. For the quality of the candy you have a better chance going anywhere other than them like your local gas station, $1 store for their same over priced, stale, expired candy that has fruit flies and dust in it and the rude customer service they come with. Zero stars would be given if had the chance. Also the owner of the store is such a horrible human being who doesn’t care about his employees as well as what happens in the store as long as he’s making a profit he doesn’t care if customers or employees are happy as well as the manager he hired in the Indianapolis airport. They are not what a good business or business people represent and it’s such a shame. Just a horrible store and I can't believe they've been open as long as they have especially with how they run through employees

They fire their employees for no reason and without notice. Was only working there for a week and they decided to terminate over text and will not give a reason. Owner is avoiding calls even though was told to call him "for any other questions". Once started, management got lazy and put workload on the employee. Run through employees like crazy. After further research this isn't the first time they've done this. After tasting the candy, it'd be cheaper to just go to your local speedway and save the money. $1.50/0z of candy.

So I saw some candy on sale... figured I'll get some of that. Well cashier tried to charge me full price, even after I showed her the clearly marked clearance price... I was told that's what it rings up doesn't matter what is marked. Yeah I left the candy there

Worst customer service in the airport if not all of Indiana.

Hanging out in the airport and saw this and decided to get some candy!!! They basically have about anything you can dream up here. I got some gummies and chocolate and I was on my way. Good spot.
