ATTN VINYL WRAP CUSTOMERS— I had my brand new car “vinyl wrapped” on top by National Auto Spa and less than a year later it was very dull and began bubbling very bad. Those bubbles popped months later, and I have since confirmed that National Auto Spa used SIGN vinyl wrap instead of car vinyl wrap on my brand new vehicle. The price certainly did not reflect this and customer service is nonexistent.

Auto Spa has helped me with several after market upgrades to my Toyota Prius. 1. Heated leather seats 2. Remote engine start system for mid winter cold days. A year after my seat heating system was installed they fixed a broken connection at no cost. Thanks

I had national auto spa install custom leather seat covers in my 2018 Ford F-250. This is a very professional company my book. From the initial phone conversation with a very nice lady to confirm my appointment to the installation of the leather seat. Their shop and office area with was very clean. I have owned my own company for 25 years. So I know a little bit about professionalism.

The car dealership sent my brand new car here for tint and a vinyl wrap. Both were done so terribly that when I picked up my car, I explained my dissatisfaction. I had to make another appointment to get it corrected. Went back for the second appointment. Picked up my car the next day and it was still awful. I have bubble in the tint, the vinyl wrap isn’t sealed properly and is peeling in several places. They also didn’t put my side mirror back on correctly. When I pointed out the flaws in the vinyl wrap, I was told “it’s vinyl, not paint, so it won’t be perfect.” The office manager directed me back to the car dealership. Needless to say, this place is awful. I will never go here again and I do tell everyone that I know not to use them.

Had a katzkin leather interior installed in my 2016 Silverado double cab w/t. I must say what a game changer. Dropped my truck off at 8am and got a phone call at 11:30 saying my truck was finished. ?. National auto spa was very precessional throughout the whole process. Absolutely would recommend this place. Would love to do business with them in the future.

2 days to install Katzkin leather in our GMC, picked it up, immediately noticing issues. Had to fix a couple spots. Called Katzkin told them job subpar, another installer now fixing issues. Also broke our center console-didn't bother to tell us. Was 2 trips of 100 miles (in 2 vehicles) due to drop off & pick up. Not happy at all.
