Stopped in tonight after dinner for some desserts. A very kind and patient young man helped us with some desserts even though we didn't realize the bakery was closed. Thank you!

This trip to the deli was better than several months ago. Back then just before 6pm the deli was about to stop selling hot food as they only had chicken left. A four piece was $5.99 but they didn't have all the pieces for a four piece so the clerk was going to let me have 2 Thighs, a Breast and a Leg for the same price. When he put the sticker on the container another clerk came over and told him to charge me for each piece which made the price about $8.00. I passed since the required pieces were not available. Upon calling the next day and telling the manager, Dave, he was very unconcerned and had an attitude after telling him I had been going to that store since it was an O'Malia and I expected better than that after being a loyal customer for so many years. Terrible customer service.

Rude customer service always especially the managers. The meat department guys are awful I don’t even shop there anymore. They only waited on me if my pretty daughter was with me. Otherwise, they’re dismissive and rude. I have spent a ton of money here. I’d expect higher standards from an overpriced market Being a paralegal, I notice a lot they don’t even see - maybe look less at us?

Very clean establishment and with many healthy food options. From sushi to fruit bowls to orange chicken. Reliable late night market .

Me and my husband just left the self-check out lane not too long ago and I didn't like how the two staff members was staring at us. I had to ask how they were doing, because they both was glaring at us and not smiling. It was an older man and a short old lady, both wearing glasses and they both looked very mean. I would not recommend no one to shop here.

This store is filthy! It probably hasn't not been cleaned since the pandemic. If you use the self-check out you can really see the filth.

Even so this is a bit pricier than a lot of grocery stores, consider the location. Smack in the middle of downtown this is of course one busy place. While there is a free parking lot attached , it can get a bit tricky especially when there are events going on in the area. Still, I find the selection here sufficient especially for such a small store. There are a lot of ready to eat meal options available. I really haven't had a case where I didn't find what I was looking for unless I had my heart set on a particular brand or some specialty item. And now that I have signed up for their loyalty program I can take advantage of their specials, which will save me a bit.

It's very close to our home and our go-to market. They carry everything we need. Produce is generally fresh. Meat quality is good too. We love the pharmacy! The staff on pharmacy is amazing!

You pay 10-40% up charge because it's downtown. Meat quality isn't good. Good if you don't care and are in a hurry. Limited selection on everything. They have foosball outside though. You may get accosted by vagrants.

What I like about Needler'sA) The small shopping carts...really they cater to folks living downtown, so large carts aren't needed. But the carts are just the right size for those who take the bus.B) The wonky design and relatively small size of the store makes it intimate.C) I always find something interesting.D) NO SELF-SERVICE CHECKOUTS! (And bag boys)E) Option of paper bags. One bad...ditch the Essential Everyday cheese slicer...the wire is very loose. I would rather spend more for a quality slicer.

The meat was on sale, not bad. Most stuff is very expensive, I understand they cant go as low as Kroger and Walmart, but come on.

In the Mass Ave District and open until Midnight most nights. It's a foofy lil market with all sorts of options. Nearly all local retailer who were asked where they lunch, mentioned this place. Super place to stock up if you are traveling.

It's pretty shady, maybe even a bit deceptive to have signs and product packaging with "on sale" stickers for a good price, and then not honor that price at the checkout counter when the register employee doesn't bother to ask you to enter all your information in order to receive the sale price! Or that you have to sign up and enter your phone number every time in order to get the sale price. And of course the customer service desk who could easily remedy the situation by offering the discount after the fact when pointed out to them could not be bothered or could not care less, bad look, bad business, and when you're paying a premium like this for items, I would like some basic customer service skills aka sympathize, and rectify! the North New Jersey Street store in Indy has grossly soured my experience for shopping there, now I'll have to be pretty desperate to go there at all!

I love Needler’s Market! This is my go to place if I need any bakery items or dessert. They have a great selection. It’s a great downtown grocery store! They’ve got all you need.
