The business name is far from the biblical story. In Genesis, Noah ACTUALLY SAVES THE ANIMALS!! Overwhelmingly wait times not just for check up ups but also for labs results. My family dog of 13 years Karlie, passed away before any results came back and guess what still no results…. It’s been 9 days maybe 10 when I wake up tomorrow. Seems like the vet accelerated a preventable death. Gave us the minimum day of antibiotics and other meds for our dog and a special diet… Read online that UTIs can be 10-14 days if severe also told us she had stones but we never knew which type. Gave us signs that since the pee was passing through she had good signs….. The communication here is so unreliable, it’s like trying to understand sign language through the phone. I love empathetic people who have jobs that deal with the lives of man and animals in the best ideal ways even offering holistic solutions bc at least I know you’re trying. If an educated guess and a piece of paper of what it can be is the best you got… Try harder. If I knew the exact cause I would’ve tried harder in many areas personally. The day after my bday when we noticed blood was in her urine we took her here my dog was sick, 12 days later she died. Don’t look for Rainbows here cause there is no promises… Beware and always trust your spirit

My visit was not very good, the night shift veterinary Dr charged unnecessary fee for just a chicken bone in her stomach, she wanted to do extra tests( parvo) before the X-ray,, My dog contracted Kennel Cough bc the clinic was pretty dirty,, wait time is 2-4 hours , very bad service, Vet Dr has a I don’t care attitude , very unfriendly, and unsympathetic .. All about money,, I will never go back again,,

I took my cat there last night for what I thought was choking. It ended up being something harmless, and I just was panicking. The whole staff was incredibly nice about it, talked me through it all, and in the end didn’t charge for any services! I am so thankful I had somewhere to take my cat that was just simply helpful and calming. Thank you to the whole staff for being so wonderful!

Our first visit with Noah's Animal Hospital was great. We had to put down one of our fur babies and they were very compassionate and understanding. This was a few years ago. Fast forward to this weekend and it was a whole different story. Our male cat was struggling to use the restroom and seemed to be in a lot of pain. After searching through a few more local 24/7 emergency care centers, we went to Noah's.When we arrived, they were pretty helpful with the staff on hand. They mentioned it would be a couple hours due to a surgery they had to complete. Thankfully they were able to get him in for an exam very quickly and give us an idea on what was going on, that he had developed a urinary tract disease. They wanted to do pretty expensive procedure but knowing someone who went through this with their animal, we talked to them and they told us to suggest a cheaper alternative that Noah's Animal Hospital didn't even offer us. The vet tech acted like I was stupid for asking and said it wouldn't work. Well what do you know, after they finished the procedure them and the Dr. came in acting like it was their idea and talking about how well it would work. After this though, they asked us to pay between 2,000 and 3,000 for a few overnight stays to monitor him. We told them that we would not be able to put that money up front. They had us sign a form and I could hear Dr. Jessica Giem saying how stupid we were for not letting him stay overnight. I'm sorry if we couldn't pay that much up front but thank you for making us feel even worse. They loved to say "IF he even survives" quite a bit too.It seems if you're putting down an animal, they're all ears. I'm not sure if it was due to this particular staff shift or what but we will most likely not be back if another location is open.

Had a pet emergency and was given a lot of false hope. Totally fixable issue but refused to treat animal unless the entirety of the bill was paid up front. Seems as though this establishment is more about making money than saving animals

Can only say great things about this place. My sweet cat Loretta was really struggling to stand or walk and was in a lot of pain. They took her in immediately and listened to what happened and my concerns. They worked quickly to ensure there wasn't anything life threatening. Dr. Johnson (I believe that was his name) and his team were thorough in their exam and explaining what they found and did not find. They treated us with kindness, understanding, and urgency, which I appreciated the most. I also really appreciated that they were upfront with the costs of everything and the cost of what they did was not surprise.Thank you all for getting Loretta in a place where she was comfortable and hopefully I do not have to see you all again at the ER but if a pet emergency arises, I know where I'll be heading.Update: unfortunately my sweet girl didn't make it. I still only have great things to say about this place. I also want to shout out Laura. She was the kindest and most understanding person to get us through putting our girl to rest. She saw us the first night we went to there and listened and cared so much and even though it was one of the saddest of times, I was glad Laura was able to take us and our sweet girl Loretta to some peace.

It's been 3 months now that I had to bring my beloved 18-year-old cat here. The outcome was s what I'd feared. He didn't come back home with us. The staff was very kind and supportive and willing to work with my limited budget. A specific shout-out to the staff named Jennifer who I think was one of the assistants. After we put my baby to rest she let me show off a bunch of his cutest pictures.

I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My husband and I spent over 9hours going back and forth. Staff here have a massive problem with communicating not only with each other but with customers as well. Everyone in the building seemed clueless about why we were there. We explained the situation to the vet after 7hours of waiting, we were told to wait for animal control to arrive. She never explained why animal control was coming. Just today, I was told I had to euthanize my dog (cane corso) because the staff was afraid of her and refused to do the surgery she needed. Our dog is very friendly, we have never had issues with her around other people, other animal, or in public. And we communicated that to them. Although she was sick, she needed the help whether this was the ultimate outcome or not.

I had to take my fur baby, Pepe, in at 1am new year eve/day 2024. Unfortunately it was not a positive outcome. The staff and Doctor were so kind,. compassionate and skilled. They made the process as comfortable as they could for both us and our beloved Pepe. I am very thankful for a place to go when an emergency happens.

We brought in our elderly cat knowing it was time to let him cross the rainbow bridge. My husband spoke to someone on the phone prior to our visit and Hanna let us know the procedure and what would happen when we got there. Hanna was very caring, direct, and supportive. It was on a Sunday holiday and despite being busy, she spent time helping our family. Brandon checked us out and it was thorough. We are so pleased that it went smooth and we felt cared for. Everyone that we encountered did a great job and helped ease a difficult time. Thank you. Highly recommend this vet clinic.

It's ok for their staff to be rude and look at you like you're boring them as your animal lay lifeless after trying everything they prescribed, paying almost $800 to find out my 11 yr old cat has Pancreatitis, then find out you have to pay more money knowing your animal is suffering and not much time left here on earth. So they wanted more money for another exam, money to euthanize, and more money for the ashes all the whole you're dealing with a nurse with horrible beside manner and when you voice your opinion on their processes and the rudeness of the nurse they then turn your animal away no matter who takes him in. I'd give 0 stars if I could. However, up until her everyone else was super nice but also they shouldn't wait until you get there to throw more charges on you.
