I work in the mall and love coming here vs the Starbucks here at Keystone! Everyone is always so nice and my order has always been perfect.

Ordered a drink and then the barista proceeded to get three other orders before even starting mine. I ordered the Watermelon Lime energy drink and a slice of lemon poppyseed loaf. When she finally got around to it, it turns out that they were out of the key ingredient to make the drink I paid for. She offered to substitute it but since that would change the drink completely, I requested a refund instead. I was told that someone else would have to do the refund and that they were in the back, but then she didn't even go and let them know. I stood waiting for a refund for about five minutes until the manager came out and then the barista said, "Hey, some customer wants a refund." The manager was pleasant enough, but the Barista's flippant attitude and lack of customer service skills have put me off ever coming back. Also, I wouldn't get the lemon poppyseed loaf unless you want dry, partially burnt, bread with no lemon flavor whatsoever. They'll pull it straight from the cooler and give it to you without even offering to warm it up.0/10 would not recommend. Stick to HoiTea ToiTea or Starbucks and save yourself the disappointment.

Oof, these prices are high! Was not too impressed by the coffee choices or much else. Also, it seemed to take quite a few minutes for one drink to be made at a time. Then my friend ordered after me and her drink was another few minutes wait. Just ok in the end.

I had the chai lavender latte with almond milk and it was delicious. The balance of chai and lavender was perfect and I'd definitely order it again. The menu looks to have someone for everyone--coffee and non coffee drinkers. They also have an assortment of pasties and pre-packaged salads. The employees were very kind. Looking forward to stopping by the next time I'm at the mall.

I popped into the Ebar after a movie at Landmark to pick up a sweet treat. I believe most of the pastries are made by Circle City Sweets (I'm a huge fan) although I'm not certain. I asked the server and he said yes, however, I don't recall seeing scones at the Carmel Farmers Market from Circle City Sweets. I purchased a cranberry scone which was reasonably priced and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. It's a great spot to pick up a drink and a treat. Currently the Santa display and visit area is set up right out front.

One of the things I love about shopping at Nordstroms is getting a good coffee drink at the ebar. I always like the seasonal items here. They currently offer pumpkin spiced coffee and egg nog coffee as well. I went for a large pumpkin spiced latte. Note they mixed up my order but fixed it quickly the drink was great and helped me get through a shopping trip with my wife. This is a must visit place when in Nordstrom.

Stopped by for a cup of coffee and to purchase some gifts for my friend and was completely ignored by a worker who was demonstrating to another employee how to use a coffee machine. I waited a few minutes, was greeted by them and then ignored again for about 5 minutes. I knew they were open because other people were sitting with their purchases coffee cups outside the cafe. I understand that they are training someone but at least acknowledge that you will be with me in a few minutes. Horrible customer service and they lost a customer. I immediately went to the Starbucks in the mall and was promptly helped, I also spent $100 at Starbucks on gifts for my friend.

Gorgeous little cafe almost hidden at the entrance to Nordstrom, it feels a bit weird looking for iced caffeine next to rich people staring at shows. There's some comforting marketing about quality ingredients here and fresh stuff in the smoothies which is real nice. Maybe they are trying to also comfort the wallet given my little sixteen ounces of coconut and beat goodness was right over eight dollars. Insane prices for anywhere outside of the east or west coast but it was very tasty and had a good fresh bit of real fruit to the mix. Weirdly my buddies got a coffee that seemed real nice but the mango citrus smoothie was nothing at all mango and a smack in the face of supercharged orange peel, can't win it all even when charging big money. I will have to try the coffee next time especially with the good internet connection I had right outside the bar at the mall tables.

This is a step above your standard mall coffee shop. The lavender chai is really good, and their baked goods are a step above--made locally by Circle City Baked Goods. Better than your shipped in from God-knows-where pastries. (I'm talking to you, Starbucks.) They don't always do the best job of keeping tables clean, but they are well spaced for social distancing. And I know there's a pandemic, but sometimes you have to get your mall people watching in. The People of The Fashion Mall should be a popular Instagram account.

I've been to Nordstrom several times and never even noticed that this place existed! I got an iced chai latte and it was delicious. The staff was kind and speedy.
