Don't ever work here. A friend of mine worked at this store location as a logistics processor last year. They said it was a terrible experience because a co-worker of theirs( I will not say their name because Nordstrom will have the review taken down(also a logistics processor) insulted and taunted them on a daily basis. They made going to work a living hell for them to the point that they had to quit because the bullying wouldn't stop. I don't know if this Theresa person is still working there- but I know I won't be shopping there ever again. A company that allows their employees to be treated like that by other employees is not a company that deserves my business or anyone's business for that matter.

Very disappointed w the newer team members one told me she couldn’t help me w a return because she’s commission, another told me she could but it would be better if I went upstairs , and the customer service dept doesn’t even know Nordstrom’s generous return policy
Also, their voicemail says that they have curbside pick up and they’re actually no longer offer it. They should probably update that.

Salespeople at Nordstrom are way too overbearing and pushy to the point it makes the shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. Sometimes people just want to browse!

Pandora has to go. This is the third time i've had the 'pleasure' of being assisted by someone where she has stepped in and been the rudest person for absolutely no reason. Based on the other reviews, this is a trending issue.

Top shelf merchandise quality with concomitant pricing. Sales associates are helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Come with credit card fully loaded.
