Communication was not great. Representatives were very rude and disrespectful. It took weeks before a representative called to confirm referral was received, and authorized by insurance. When I called to follow-up on the referral, I spoke to two different representatives and both told me completely different information on coverage.

My daughter has been without her wheelchair for 5 months because it needed fixed. Every time I call I get told something else , they told me it was ready to pick up I drove 2 hours to get it and they said “oops it isn’t ready after all”. This place is extremely unprofessional! We will be finding a different company asap.

Cory was very helpful on picking out when I needed for my new wheelchair. I decided to go with the same manufacturer but I needed a couple of adjustments as I’m getting older. Some things I was looking at was not practical for my wheelchair, and I am very grateful that he told me it would not work on my chair. I also know that if things change with my weight going down quite a bit that there’s things that we can do. I will stay as a loyal & happy customer!

Jordan was very pleasant and remembered me from other service calls. He is very capable at repairing the wheelchair and answering any questions. I would suggest that NuMotion hire another repairman so we don't have to wait as long for service. Thank you.Alice Wallace

We went for a wheelchair evaluation for my niece who has cerebral palsy because we knew we were close to the time for a new chair, we still had a year to go but Cory took one look at how her set up was and immediately said we can make this better and more comfortable until then! The attention to detail, kindness, compassion and respect for the patient was above and beyond.

We have waited in my husband’s motorized wheel chair since June 2023. The trouble was not NuMotion but my the insurance playing games. The faces of NuMotion is Cynthia Dougherty and Jeff Freehill. They have gone above and beyond for us. Jeff delivered the chair and adapted its adjustments to fit my husband’s needs. We are very thankful for all of the assistance to get this order filled. I’ve had really good experiences from the people ordering parts, getting insurance authorization, etc. I have run into challenges getting appointments scheduled, and this time I was told I would have to reschedule due to a scheduling error on their part. But in the long run, I was pleased with the outcome. The tech worked late to make sure I had my equipment when I was supposed to. Hats off to technician Eric for going the extra mile.
