Ordered a bookcase January 15 with next day delivery. Did not arrive and no tracking information. Called customer service twice and was only told there was a delay. Cancelled after 10 days and got email confirmation of refund being issued. The money was never refunded. Contacted customer service, said they "corrected the error" and I got another emailed confirmation of refund. The money was never received. So, I contacted customer service again. Talked to a "supervisor" who assured me the error that kept happening was fixed and I would receive a refund. Got email confirmation. Still no refund. (It's been almost 40 days) I don't recommend buying from them, I will never repeat this mistake. Buyer beware.

The young woman working the register truly needs coaching, as far learning the processes and procedures & interpersonal communication with customers is concerned! EVERY TIME I visit this store, I dread having to deal with her; it can be, at best, a 50/50 chance that you'll get so semblance of "good customer service." On this visit, while she did acknowledge my presence in the ink area, once I got to the register, she seemed a bit clueless on what to do, in terms of processing my purchase. I gave her my Rewards and tax-exempt card (ironically, one of the managers at the Greenwood store actually made cards with said both numbers, in bar-code form, so they can simply be scanned); she manually entered them instead. A moment later, she asked for the Rewards/T-E card again, this time, scanning them. I can see on the payment screen that the price was $74.99 (seventy-four ninety-nine), but she said "$79.99"... I asked her to repeat the price; she again said "$79.99"... I told her that the screen stated "$74.99" and she said, "oh, yeah..." I handed her a store merchandise card to make the payment, but she told ME to scratch off the back of the card to reveal its PIN number, then she scanned the merchandise card. After that, she just stood there, and didn't say anything, until I looked at the screen: the merchandise card was for $73.81, so a balance of $1.18 was left to pay. I put a debit card in and paid the balance. While she did asked if I wanted a bag, she handed me my ink purchase and didn't say thank you or anything...

The employees are helpful and accommodating. But DON'T buy their BUBBLE WRAP. It is too thin and pops as you wrap items, or pick them up to put in the packing box. What a waste of time.

I was disappointed that the product I went to purchase was not available but chose something else. "Mark" is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which makes for a great shopping experience. Would have given a much lower rating if it had not been for Mark.

This is a great location. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Online ordering with curbside pickup is fast and convenient. I often print flyers and other items at the copy and print center, and it is a quick and efficient process.

So I went to Office Depot on Saturday November 4, 2023 to ship a box to a friend who lives in PA. The store opens at 10am and I got there just a few minutes afterwards and there were but only 2-3 cars on the lot. I walked in and the place was desolate. I so no one at all and proceeded to the area that handles mailing and shipping. I waited about 5mins and heard a lady ask if I needed to ship something. I almost replied 'no I'm just standing here' but politely said "yep." She said someone would be with me in a minute and she went on about whatever it was she was doing which didn't seem to be a lot of much about nothing! I continued to wait and played with the computer to see if I could enter the info of shipper/receiver info to expedite but the computer came up with error messages and after about 8mins I had enough and proceeded to walk out. Probably could've walked with my box and anything else along the way out. I have to say this was my worst visit to this store and I've been going there several times a year to ship things I sell to various locations since 2013. I've always had immediate and great service. This trip I can't say who worked there as I never saw a uniform or indication of anyone being employed like a shirt and or name tag. It was like the lights were on but nobody was home. I took my box and drove east about a half mile to Kinkos FedEx to handle my transaction where I was greeted upon entering and asked if I needed to ship the box in hand. There is a difference between people who come to work and figure they might as well do what they're paid to do and make the time pass faster, over showing up and hiding at work and watching the day drag on. Seems there's not a day that goes by that I can't say "good help is hard to find." One is generous but I guess they get that for just being open.

I went to this Office Depot to pick up ink. The general manager Fatih helped me. I highly recommend asking for him next time you are shopping at this location. Very friendly, helped me get what I needed and was a great experience.
