Super easy to buy online and pick up in store. You don't even have to wait in line to pick up your items--they have a clearly marked area where you just grab your stuff and go. I think it was maybe 5 minutes between placing my order and getting the confirmation that it was ready for pickup!

It was awkward. Hardly a visible soul. So no one spoke to me as I came in. I ended up wandering around till I ran into someone. The associate to help me was so nervous. Didn’t know where to step in left and came back to offer me a protection plan. It was a very awkward interaction. it was like he was new. I asked the cashier if he was new and couldn’t get a straight answer and he was on his phone. It was my first time in the store and It felt like it wasn’t a legitimate business. Like a front. It was awkward and I couldn’t wait to leave. It was the people.

I was very happy and excited to be able to find that the items I needed we're in stock Android I didn't have to wait for weeks /months to get what I needed to set up my home office. The staff were very helpful.
