Unfriendly manager immediately shot down return. Clothes were purchased from this exact store, unworn & still had tags. Was only looking for a store credit/exchange to buy other stuff. Will not be returning.

Few days outside of the return/excjange policy and was told I can't exchange 1 simple shirt for the correct size that they have multiples of in store. It took another location to help me.

The people who work at this store are so nice and helpful. I came to the store because I ordered multiple things online and one of my items didn’t come and they sent me a wrong item by mistake. I went to the store to return the wrong item and get a refund for the item that I never got, and it was an all around great experience. 10 out of 10 from me!!

Using super cash was a rip off. Items marked up to use super cash. Not worth my time.

I was at this Old Navy a couple hours ago and had an encounter that left me wishing I confronted an employee that made me feel singled out. I had 5 items that I was carrying into the dressing room...the employee asked how many items I had before she told me which dressing room to go into, I politely told her. She didn't hand me a number or anything like that. I want it to be clear that this was not the issue. While I was inside the dressing room I heard 4 other women come in to try things on & she didn't ask any of them how many items they had. It made me feel uncomfortable as the only black woman in the store (besides another employee). I felt like she thought I was going to steal something. I wanted to confront the employee just to ask what her reasoning was, but my wife asked me not to so I left it alone. However, I wish I did say something so maybe the employee would think twice before making somebody else feel this way. I left 2 stars instead of 1 because the cashier was friendly.

The line always takes forever. Today there were multiple in line, with one check out person while someone else was just rearranging the candy section. Also, multiple times stuff has rang up differently than what the sign is posted as.

Staff is always great and kind here. I bought a really nice pair of joggers for my fiancé that he loves and there was a really good sale on them. There were a lot of workers around tidying up the store and helping people if they needed anything. There are some great selections right now!

Staff is always great and kind here. I bought a really nice pair of joggers for my fiancé that he loves and there was a really good sale on them. There were a lot of workers around tidying up the store and helping people if they needed anything. There are some great selections right now!

I was very excited to see this store open up at this location. At first it was beautiful inside and everyone was very nice. Since then, I've had a few bad experiences, both with a person who seemed like a manager. There was one visit when the dressing room was closed and so they told me to try on clothes in the bathroom. Gross. And then today, I wanted to buy a hoodie but as I was checking out, I noticed the hood was faded and discolored in places and it wasn't supposed to be tie-dyed. When I asked for a damaged discount, she said they didn't do those and curtly finished my transaction. Both times I seemed to be inconveniencing her and no apologies given. I've worked in retail and the philosophy used to be that the customer was always right. Not at this location! And on top of that, they don't match sale prices from their own website! I will likely drive further to one of their other locations next time.
