Frustrated with the ladies at the cashier.
We had to switch registers because the first one was working as expected. At the second register, she mentioned my number never showed up after I checked out.
Like why would you wait until after I pay to say something. Then I had to return and repay in order to the get point.
She said the receipt went to my email.
I get outside and check my Gmail, no receipt.
I had to go back in the store and get a printed receipt.
Just disappointed in the level of competence of the staff.

I had a pick up at this Old Navy and thought that I’d look around before picking up my item. The clothing selection was typical Old Navy, the sales associate’s were friendly and helpful, my only complaint is how dirty the store was. Shoes were covered in dust and there were big clumps of dust on the floors and inside the fitting rooms. This place needs a good sweep! There was so much duct that I’m I had to physically brush the shoes off as I took them from a bottom rack, and if your jeans hit the floor while in the fitting room there were clumps of dust on them. I know retail can be busy but cleanliness is important too, and if you are charging 40 bucks for a cardigan please make sure it’s clean!

After being asked about 20 times if I want the rewards card at checkout, I was told that the items I chose were not actually on sale for the advertised price, because if there are 2 deals (the other one was not displayed), it’s the worse one. What a scam. Employee in the dressing room was nice though

I Love Old Navy. Great quality in clothes and the choices for little ones, teenagers and young adults are good. I also find things for myself. They have great sales also!

Excellent customer service and great clearance prices! If you want a personalized experience, in a clean environment, that offers a huge variety of styles and fashion, then this is the location for you!!
