Rude workers who never want to do their jobs. They said we needed an appointment to drop off clothes so we made one then they said we could bring the clothes in Sunday anytime with no appointment. We went to take the clothes in on Sunday and they refused the clothes saying they weren't taking any clothes even though the day before they said we could come in anytime Sunday. When asked for her name she refused. When asked for her bosses name she refused. We will not do any business here again and neither should you. I will add a picture of the very rude employee who needs to be fired if they ever want any business. Do better!

I've sold clothes here several times. I never expect too much money back.. but this time I really got screwed! I took 2 big totes in. I went in to pick up items not bought. The girl showed me 1 of their totes, it had coats and shoes. I thought not too bad for the price they gave me. I got home went through the items and they seperated outfits. Took way more items than I was shown! So im not sure who owns this store but they need to get a better system! They had totes and toys blocking the entrance!Update to review: corrine tried calling me from once upon a child after this review. On the vmail she advised they only show you 1 tote unless you ask to see what they bought... (Not true) she said they are not running a scam... ( I feel they definitely are doing something not right! ) She also wasn't there when i picked up clothes. So how do i know someone didnt keep more clothes after she approved what she was buying?!They got over on me this time, I will not be selling or buying from here again!!!! Never got a store credit or a resolution so that is why I've updated the review and not going back! Not to mention if you go look through the clothes they sell. Alot have stains, I've seen adult women's and men's close in the mix!?. It's not a good system at all!

When buying they take apart matching sets and when you look at their inventory IT SHOWS. So many random pieces. Pieces with stains and holes. They ripped apart so many matching baby sets I had folded up last time and I didn’t notice until later. If it goes together buy it together! Inventory looks rough. And yet there’s so much it’s almost a fire hazard. 2 stars only because staff is usually friendly. I will drive farther to other locations from now on.

The staff is nice, however the store is very disorganized and cluttered. On multiple occasions I tried to look at the books but there is ALWAYS clutter in front of the books making it impossible to get to.

This place used to not be too bad. Prices are definitely up and I can buy a decent pair of pants brand new for the same price now days. I seen so many pants $5.50-$10 for used. I can get pants at Walmart, Meijer, Target, even Kohl's! The store was an absolute mess, clothes all over the floor, you could barely move around in there. Some of the stuff was nasty. There was a wipe warmer on the first rack inside the door and it had either pubic hair, beard hair, or hair off a razor of some sorts on it. Not normal regular hair. It was covered and it was nasty. I mean why would you put a product out like that. So gross.

I think the undeniable issue is that the policies change daily, and even hourly. There’s always a dry erase board outside the store that changes throughout the course of a day on whether the store is taking buybacks or not. The employees try to be nice enough, but it’s all going to come back to ownership. They say the owner calls daily and changes the buyback policies for the day. It is very inconsistent and no one seems to have a good explanation. The owner is putting the sales associates in a tough place.I would add that the buyback issue has happened to me at least 15 times in the past six months. There’s a location on 96th that I plan to check out next to Sam’s.

This is not the most inspiring part of town. In fact, it's downright depressing. But walk in these doors, and you'd never know it! Quickly greeted by a young, friendly man in braids and a broad smile, who then greeted other patrons by name. The inventory was fantastic, just bursting with everything! We came on a Sunday, so it was busy but returned Monday and had the store a little more to ourselves. Many other kids consignments cap at age 10-12. This went up a bit more. Maybe not age, but size. At checkout, staff encouraged us to look at our rewards and were patient as we fumbled through all the prompts.I wish I'd gotten more photos. The shoe section alone was worthy of praise.
