came here for coffins nails medium length with a solid color ( not an complicated request) the nails were all different lengths bulky and not coffin shape. i expressed to the lady politely that i didn’t particularly like the shape and instead of attempting to fix the shape, she told me to go to the mall across the street next time’s . that is horrible customer service. i spent $80 on my birthday nails only to be dismissed and disappointed. if you are providing a service please take pride into your work.

I grabbed some McAllister's and then walked in and got taken care of very quickly. Unfortunately, I'm terrible with names, but the lady who helped me at booth 7 was awesome. She was caring and did amazing work. She worked diligently to shape my nails perfectly, and I absolutely love the color.

Wish I could give 0 stars.The worst salon experience I have had in Several states I have lived.. in an industry notorious for bad customer service and unreasonable pricing.Initially I was excited to go to this salon because it is nicely decorated but the attitude of the nail tech I had when I declined a new set and requested a full instead (the set had only been filled once previously and wasn’t broken or lifted- however it was installed at another salon) was nasty aggressive and downright humiliating. Instead of the service being offered and my response being respected, the male tech continued to work in my nails but kept making nasty comments as he worked. He would not let the matter drop. In the end, I requested he stop the service (which at this point hadn’t progressed beyond his filing down the old apex acrylic) and our discussing what payment if any was due for what he had completed to that point. Madness ensued. The details are too numerous to cover here but they tried to insist I pay as if the service had been completed. They illegally tried to prevent me from leaving. Assaulted me in the parking lot while I waited for the police which I insisted were called. When the police arrived they didn’t make me pay AND told me I should sue for my civil damages.This occurred in front of a full salon. I was traumatized for quite some time and now happily have discovered the many many options for nails at home. Never been happier with my sets!!!

Stopped in because I was shopping near by…The worst!!!!! Charged my card twice for the same services argued with me about refunding the second mistaken charge and my nails chipped the next day. The salon is so dirty and disgusting….their polish is old and they are SCAMMERS!!!!!Services: Pedicure

I’ve Only gone for pedicures. Coco is great, takes her time and will be gentle if you tell her, if you have soft/sensitive skin. Have been a customer for years.

I’ve been going here for over 7 years. On and off I’ve had varying levels of service and quality. I’ve mostly gone out of convenience, but today I spent $86 (including tip) on one of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever had. I will officially not be going back, which is a shame, because Kim is great- but there is no consistency with the other techs.Services: Gel manicures

I've been looking for a new salon home since my regular place changed owners. I went to see Elena at Ooh La La on the recommendation of my old nail salon owner and I'm so glad I did. I've had some rough experiences while I've been looking but I have found the one! The salon is relaxed, clean, and welcoming. I have been spoiled with electronic appointment reminders and online booking, which would make this review a 5 if they were to update their system. However the service was excellent and Elena is so talented. If you wear acrylics or like nail art, be sure to book in with her!

Their service has declined tremendously over time and when I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the quality of service nothing happened. I was basically told sorry for your loss after explaining to the owner that I received a bad experience. My mail tech didn’t listen to me nor did she give the expected level of service. Best nail salon in Indy! Kim is very friendly and professional. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the amazing quality. I never want to go anywhere else to get my nails done!

Friend made an appointment for us to celebrate her 9yr old's first pedicure!We arrived and they said they were running behind. After waiting a while, she asked how much longer and they said 45 minutes more. We figured things happen and decided to go next door to get lunch at McAlister's.Returned to wait a bit longer before finally being seen. I had told the receptionist what color I wanted and he just said, "okay." So when I sat down and told the tech which color, she stopped running the water and told me to get the guide to show her. I was not a fan of walking barefoot on the floor for that but she gave me an impatient look when I was reaching for my socks and shoes.The salon was empty except for us and 3 other women who decided to loudly make hotel reservations on speakerphone while chatting with each other- very loudly. My friend and I tried to talk but could not hear each other. After a while we did mention to the techs how we are not able to enjoy the experience with the loud trio, but they ignored us instead of asking them to finish the call off speakerphone or to stop yelling at each other. (They had been drinking but honestly, I think that was their natural tone of voice.) These phone calls and conversations lasted the ENTIRE duration of our pedicures.My tech finished first and rushed me out of the seat. (There was no one waiting but plenty of empty seats if there had been.) I said I wanted to wait until my friend and kid were done, but she said she needed me to "get up." 9yr was finishing up so I went to sit next to them at the dryer to ensure they kept their feet flat on the floor and didn't smudge the polish- but my tech followed us over and stood next to me. I explained I was just going to sit with the kid since mom was still finishing up.She said I needed to pay her. I asked, "don't I pay at the reception desk?" She just looked over and back at me, standing there. It was kind of creepy. After a few moments I'm like, "do I pay at the reception desk like the other customers or I pay you directly??" She said I had to pay her. Of course, in the time I was distracted grabbing my credit card out of my purse the 9yr old got fidgety and curled their toes- ruining their pedicure.Mom was disappointed and asked if they could clean up the 9yr old's big toes which looked the worst. Instead they walked away, so mom grabbed the polish remover and did it herself. At this point we were all more exhausted then before we arrived. Mom was embarassed she recommended this place, kid was crying, and I had a headache from all the noise. This is by far the absolutely worst nail experience I have ever had in my life.Service: Pedicure

They owner not friendly to seniors .Nail tech forgot to cream my legs. Cost 65 dollars and the two toes painted don’t match.I think they don’t want my business . I tip 16 dollars plus a new two dollar bill.I got special pedicure. I have tried them many times but they our unfriendly to me. I believe on purpose. I also pay cash.Services: Pedicure

I went here to get dip polish removed and my fingernails have never hurt more. The technician left my hands to soak in pure, hot acetone for 30min while she attended to another customer. The bowl of acetone was atop a heated plate and luckily the technician at the station next to me realized that it was probably way too hot. When my tech came back, she was very aggressive with my very weak (bc of acetone) nails, didn't shape them properly, and didn't even fully remove all of the dip (although did did scratch at my nails with her own...). I will not be coming back.

They work too fast. My mail technician burned my mail at least twice. I ended up ripping the nails off after two days because of how horrible they looked. Super nice people just did not like the work.
