If I could give this place anything less than a 1, I would. Not in the availability of parts and products, but how one individual treated me this morning. (Ahmid). I purchased a set of calipers and rotors for my vehicle. I called yesterday and spoke to (Ahmid) and he asked me all questions that were not pertinent to the product being incorrectly suited, for my vehicle. He says if I have the receipt, a return would not be a problem. Later in the day, I go to the store and speak with Payton, because A had left for the day. Payton was awesome and I ended up just exchanging the calipers. This morning, I walk into The store to return the "rotors" that I purchased day one. Struggling to open the door and carry them in the store... I was immediately confronted by A in the most rude manner, saying to me,"I thought you returned those yesterday". Taken back by his rude comment, I said those were calipers and these are rotors. Thinking why would he attack a customer in this manner. He went on asking and inquiring "rudely" and yes, I went right back at him stating what is your problem, just process the return. His attitude continued and I went it my car, grabbed my phone to record the incident. His attitude immediately changed. He became silent and no longer had his bravado displayed. After he handed me the receipt, I asked for his corporate number and he pouted to the door where the information was displayed, but slightly obstructed by another posting. I immediately went to another store, Autozone, and returned items there. Their greeting with simply good morning, a smile, and a "How can we help you" was how things should be. As I stated early in this post, Payton and the other guys at this store are awesome. However A needs to understand customer service. For me to spend this amount of effort writing this review is not the norm for me. However, it needed to be said.

On August 25, 2023 I purchased a new battery from O'Reilly Auto Parts 6905 Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268. They installed it for me, which you would think would be great right? WRONG!!!! My car died when I went to work, and upon opening the hood I see that the battery is hanging on by a thread! It was just basically set in the spot assigned for it and the wires/cables were just set on top of it, they were not tighten at all! I am surprised the car started at all after he put his hand on it! I could have died in a horrible accident because any bump I hit, while driving after this horrible installation, could have knocked the batter loose, which would have stopped the car immediately! The store is not customer friendly whatsoever and has not tried to remedy this situation at all. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!

The store manager James and his associate correy; helped me save some money. I went in to buy a part for my truck and when I brought said part to a mechanic I was told it was wrong and I needed a more expensive part. After some investigating on the manager and his associates part they found I was being bamboozled. Great guys and I would recommend them 100 percent of the time.

The employees decided to close the storage for them to be recorded and calling their friends to show them what was going on outside Well they told me sorry I wanted to record this I open it in a bit that was their response to me. I will say that's not acceptable.

Man if only all the O’reilly stores can be like this! Over the years, the staff have come and go, but the consistent great customer service that I’ve received really warms my heart. Every time I tell myself, go write a review or call corporate because they need to be recognized! This past Saturday, Joseph & Miguel both personally helped me take care of my aunt’s car. Joseph was off the clock and didn’t even mention it until the end of the service. Miguel was out in the cold changing my battery for me! We see a lot of bad customer service nowadays online, but it is essential to promote the good service we get when it is shown! You are much appreciated!

Met a staff with the name Makai today. She was more interested in attending to calls on her snapchat than attending to customers. Her rude and uncouth countenance would definitely drive customers away from this location. Will never shop here again, all things being equal!!!

William buffet says only invest in companies you believe in . I believe .. it's so hard being new and alone in Indiana,with an old car. But oreily's got my back.Amazing service from Joe,Carl and Miguel. Oreily's saves me hundreds instead of going to the dealerships in Indiana.Thanks for the ingenuity Joe Carl and Miguel!!

Today I thought my battery was dead but after a diagnosis I found out my cell was bad and it wasn’t producing enough juice . I went and found me a battery and the crew was so helpful even let me leave my car in the parking lot , provided me with the tools I needed to replace my battery. All the guys were so nice and polite. Great customer service !
