Walked in and was greeted my a young man named Jacob. I let Jacob know my engine light was on and asked if he could check it. He grabbed his equipment and we went to my care. He found the code and we both discovered it was my gas cap that caused the issue. I purchased the cap and he kindly attached it to my gas door for me. Jacob was kind and patient and took great care of me yesterday. You think of auto parts stores as a guys toy store and it can be an intimidating place for women but Jacob made me feel comfortable and was a great help to me. When i left i started my car and boom the engine light went out. I appreciate the great service Jacob provided and once again O'Reilly's saved the day. They are always my first choice when it comes to my auto part needs ???

Honestly unless you absolutely have to shop here, then save your time and money by going to autozone or napa auto. Poor customer service, management doesn't even know how to put on wiper blades. I won't ever go back. I think it's owned by pep boys and that's not saying alot.

The Manger at this store is very rude and seemed to hate his job. If you are really wanting these part go to another store.

Went there with my girlfriend's son w/ a 2011 Honda Civc that may have a possible battery charging problem and the clerk said they couldn't help me, nor do they fix anything.. We just needed it plugged up to the scanner, but maybe they where too busy watching TikTok???

I don't bring my business to any O'Reilly cause they just don't even try to help, even with the old part on hand, they still can't help!!!!I own an auto repair shop and you're loosing all my business, you need to teach your employees customer service and how to cross reference so people will feel confident walking in this store, i know i shouldn't stop by but u wanted to give another chance and felt miserable, what a waste of my time!!!, i even had to Google the part i needed cause the didn't wanted to type any more, when i go to your competitors they even use their personal phones to Google information when the store computer can't find parts or names.Wasting time doing this review i didn't mind at all.

Always fast checkout unlike autozone with 30million employees working and nobody to help you nor check you out. O'Reilly rocks!????
