“Super friendly staff who remember customers and really know their stuff! Get your small and large paint color swatches (they'll order the big ones for you if they're out of them), get great color advice and get your paint mixed while you wait! Parking lot is a little small but has entrances/exits on 96th st (going west only unless you're exceptionally lucky) and Michigan Road (going north only). Added bonus - there have been assorted times (day and night) when I've seen a food truck in the parking lot!”

“Although PPG does not have the customer base and same amount of stores to compete withS-W, what you can count on is personalized service and great products you can't find anywhere else. If there's a product you like from another competitor, you better believe PPG has one not only to match, but is a step above in quality and at a lower$$ I am a painting contractor of 30+ yrs and when they were still Glidden, they were known for having a superior product, so only thing that has changed is the name, but the products are still awsom..”

Reece was able to pull a list of the approved color names for this builder, and helped me locate color swatches for all of our exterior trim, door and shutter colors.”

“Went into the store today after getting the wrong colormatch from another know store. Had the patches from my wall ready to match, this female was so helpful, then after she match the color she painted a little on the strip I brought and dried it. A match it was. So grateful to the professionalism recieved from this employee and the kindness she show to me through my frustration. Didn't get her name but she deserve lunch and or a raise. You don't get this customer service anywhere like this anymore. Got back home and my problem was solved took me three days but it's finally finish thanks to Sherman Williams expertise on paint matching. 7324 Pendleton Pike. Will continue to take my service there. “Visited the Sherwin-Williams store in Castleton ten minutes before closing. The associate working was already helping other customers, nevertheless he was pleasant & professional, & graciously provided all of the many varied color samples i wanted. He went above & beyond to help me under the circumstances even though he probably wasn't expecting me to buy there. I let him know that i was shopping at Lowe's who referred me to the Sherwin-Williams store for specific color cards. Although Lowe's sells the products, cards for those colors were unavailable as of end July 2023, pending an update to their Sherwin-Williams display. SW - First Rate service!”

“Whoever was working Sunday October 19th all by himself deserves a RAISE!!! I unfortunately did not get his name, but he was working alone and had a rush of customers and handled every single one with grace and efficiency. Helped customers carry items to their vehicles, and helped me match a paint color almost PERFECTLY! He showed me a sample, we adjusted slightly, and he promptly made me a quart of paint that ended up working out so well. He gave me helpful advice and is also BILINGUAL!!! This store and company is truly lucky to have such an amazing employee.”
