Holding off on 5 stars because although this location does a great job, the Pandora price point is getting a little excessive these days. That being said, I had a very good customer experience at this location. The manager, Raquel, did a fantastic job helping me pick out what I needed and quickly get on with my day despite the store being very busy. Thanks Raquel!

Only 2 customers in the store and there’s a line wrapped around the side of the store. They won’t let anyone in even if you’re there only to pick up an online order. Just watched one of the employees walk out. Why can’t they go get the orders we bought online. Several of us in line bought online. First time and last time buying from here.

It was my 18th birthday and me and my boyfriend and mother stopped by pandora at keystone. We had been helped by this lady and she was obviously very annoyed by our presence. My mom had told her how it was my 18th birthday and she was just so happy to share that lol and the lady said nothing. My mom had a question about the ring and cut her off mid sentence and basically told her to shut up. Before that she was also very rude to me and my mother. My mom was so shocked she left because of how disrespectful the lady was that day multiple times. I had told the lady I’m sorry but you were just so rude to my mother and she ignores me. And still very annoyed by my presence. Long story short i get the ring and I say thank you and she says yup. Worst experience I’ve ever had will not be coming back to that location.

I went yesterday with my fiancé , looking for different types of jewelry. I loved the customer service. They were kind enough to give me a bag to put my stuff that I had in hand before coming to the store and this book that shows the new collection. Loved the energy of the people that works there. I definitely recommend this store.

Pandora is located in the Mall at Keystone Crossing. There was plenty of parking in the Mall parking lot with parking for people with disabilities. There was a security guard in the Mall for extra protection. As I entered the Pandora store, the store was clean. The employees appeared to be happy. I was greeted by Kaylyn. Kaylyn was very knowledgeable and professional about the store and product. I had a goal with a firm budget in mind. She assisted me with the selection of Pandora beads. She even upsold me on a couple of items which worked out for my purchase. At checkout, Kaylyn and Lauren doubled up to make the checkout fast and easy. I definitely want to thank Kaylyn and Lauren! This is a great Pandora store! I will definitely shop here again!

False advertising store operations time. On website it states they’re open at 10AM.. when entering a lady who was inside the store stated they are not open until 11AM. Updated time needs to be updated!

I had an amazing experience at this location Lauren helped me out by the way a very nice lady. I ordered online and pickup was at the Castelton location. When I arrived it was 30 people in line. The manager was very unpleasant and unprofessional btw. When it was my turn I found out my order was canceled and instead of helping me purchase another item she told me I had to rewait in line because “she’s not getting cussed out by all these people” so I called the keystone at the crossing’s location and Lauren told me there wasn’t a line or wait. The moment I arrived I was greeted immediately with very minimal wait. I told her my frustrations with Castelton she helped me pick out another charm. After I left she called me to inform me that the original charm I purchased online just got returned to the store and wanted to know if I still wanted it. Lauren gets a 100000 stars guys!! Go to keystone where you’re valued!

If you go to this location please don’t go to Jada or even ask to speak with manager Lauren. Lauren (manager) and Jada (rep) at the fashion mall at keystone could not polish our charm because of their polishing cloths were thrown out and I had to ask is there a way you can open a new cloth and use that cloth for the store use(I’ve seen it happen before) considering we just made a purchase and charm was dull.Jada brings out Jewerly cloth bag saying she could wipe it off with the bag um no I have those cloth bags they are meant to store your Jewerly in. Then Lauren goes in the back to get the nastiest cloth to wipe the charm off and I told her never mind that’s disgusting.There was no box, bag given. I was so frustrated I just told my daughter let’s go. I will take her to another location so she can experience true Pandora way.This was the worst pandora I have ever been to where customer service was horrible even asking questions, it was like jada didn’t want to be there. I wanted my daughter to have a great experience since this was her first charm and I have 6 bracelets fully charmed I have never been treated this way. If you see Jada and Lauren run.

During this time they were offering a bracelet with a purchase of 150 or greater. Well they didn't have the bracelet, which was ok sorta, but the problem comes with the manager who was right out rude & disrespectful.

Love this store but today, I was very disappointed with the sale associate. After patiently waiting 5 minutes for a sales associate to become available, the associate Victoria bypassed me like I wasn’t there to assist a customer that had just walked in the store. I asked Victoria for her name, the customer then apologized, saying oh you were here before me; Victoria never said a word, no apology from her at all.Thankfully, another sales associate, Paula assisted me with exceptional customer service. As I was walking out of the store the customer apologized again but no acknowledgement from Victoria, the sales associate. I was very disappointed because this has never happened to me here! I have referred a lot of friends-co-workers to this store. So unexpected! .

My cousins and I purchased $250 worth of Pandora gift cards for my mom. A Christmas gift. Pandora had a buy 2 get 1 free sale. So my mom wanted to use her gift cards. It started with purchasing the cards. They only allow $100 gift cards. We had to have 3 transactions for that. I went online with my mom for the sale and they only allow one gift card to be used for a purchase. You can't even use the PANDORA CREDIT CARD online. It was overall a terrible experience. We had to do 3 transactions online, I had to use my Mastercard for two of the transactions and one card still has a credit.
