this is not a comfortable place to live in. me and my boyfriend lived here for a year it we constantly had issues. our apartment constantly flooded, had to call pest control multiple times due to insects and mice , laundry rooms are no where near clean and taking care of. trash outside and the dumpster area outside is disgusting. the maintenance crew doesn’t properly fix any issues & of yeah if you live on the first floor you most likely won’t get any peace from the neighbors upstairs. the office doesn’t care about your complaints or answer the phone. they add extra payments on your rent. the office also doesn’t pick up the phone even though they’re in the office. you have to go in person.

This is my brothers apartment. The hole in the wall has been like that for four weeks now. They were suppose to fix it within a week after they “fixed” a leak. He has lived in this apartment for 8-9 years now. This year it has been the worse. He is sick constantly and his health is very concerning.
This use to be a good place to live. It has gone downhill over the last few years. I did file with the health department and they sent an agent out. The latest news is, once my brother moves out, they are going to fix it. Earlier this summer I told him to open the bathroom window (no fan in the bathroom), the manager told him NOT to because it would cause more humidity. Board of health told him to air it out.
NOBODY should have to live like this. The fact that they have left a hole in the wall for weeks is unacceptable. He had mentioned the mold brewing a while ago. So this has been an issue, that has not been important to the managing team. They want him to pay for an apartment that has made him incredibly ill. I’m talking black mold, look up the effects of it.
I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Jenny and Olivia were fantastic, making my move-in process smooth and easy. The maintenance team is not only quick to address work orders but also friendly. I'm really pleased with my decision to move here.

Unsafe, overpriced, and dilapidated. Vehicles are broken into and items stolen on a daily basis. MULTIPLE police vehicles can be seen dealing with drug dealers and thieves often.***Edit to say these issues have been emailed and resolutions are mediocre at best*** see more belowResolution for stolen deliveries is to have them taken to the office ? because you can tell the driver to be there at a certain time, never after 5 or on a weekend.Laundry area is shared and not to code! Safety and sanitary issues, galore!

My Fiancé and I have lived here at Parc Bordeaux for about a year now. It's quiet where we are located and the staff of the office are very helpful, kind, and respond quickly whenever we have questions/concern. Its a convenient location to be at since everything is so close by. The people around are nice, never had a problem with others. We hope to stay for years to come.

I love these apartments, I would have stayed but planned to move out of state. The office staff are very nice and understanding. Maintenance is awesome, I would move back but it's a little too expensive now. Only downside was the pool wasn't that clean.

I love living here for 3years And they have been the best friends and place to stay if I could work for them I would they have everything close to you and the dog park and they are All like family.jennie and ovlia are the best they really be there when the time of need.they are like my sisters and the crew get it done.

I have lived here for 3 plus years and have found the place to be quite decent. Office staff and maintenance are always quick to respond to questions and concerns. The place I have is a two bedroom and it is very affordable for the rental market. We have a nice community here. We look out for one another and it is always clean and orderly.

My husband and I have lived at Parc Bordeaux for 2 years and love it. I love that they offer a dog park, a pool, and a 24 hour gym. The location is great, too. We're so close to the Keystone 65 exits, as well as the 465 exits off of Emerson. Only about 10-15min from downtown, too. Staff is so friendly and does everything they can to make sure our concerns and questions are dealt with asap.

I love living here! Everyone is very nice who works here and it’s peaceful and quiet in our unit. We’ve had some issues before and they were addressed right away. Good size apartment for price and overall a good place to live if you’re looking for one!
